Zurich - Lucerne - Interlaken.Departing from Zurich this morning, we head south to the historic city of Lucerne. You'll have several hours of free time to explore and enjoy a spot of lunch. During your free time you can visit the Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge), Europe’s oldest covered bridge, built in the 14th century and decorated with paintings of Swiss and Lucerne history. You can also visit the Lion Monument, the world’s steepest cogwheel railway to Mount Pilatus, and the Richard Wagner Museum. As you stroll through cobbled streets and colourful squares, take in the beauty of Lake Lucerne and the Swiss Alps.
We continue south to Lake Thunersee and the St. Beatus Caves. A thunderous waterfall beneath striking Swiss buildings with breathtaking views greets you on arrival. Just five minutes beyond, you will have the opportunity to visit the St. Beatus Caves, a 14-kilometre labyrinth of caves awaits, filled with stalagmites, stalactites, grottos, and gorges—rich in mystery and history.
Our final stop is Interlaken, where we stay for the next two nights. Nestled in the Bernese Oberland region, this resort town is famed for its stunning natural beauty and adventure opportunities. You can enjoy the crisp mountain air as you settle in for the night and reflect on a day of discovery.

Interlaken - Grindlewald - Interlaken. Today, we leave you in the capable hands of the Eiger Mountain, a 3,967-metre giant watching over the villages of the Bernese Alps, including Grindelwald. We’ll drop you off in this picturesque village for a full day of exploration. With its dramatic mountainscapes, lush meadows, and impressive glaciers, Grindelwald offers a scene straight out of a fantasy novel. As we travel you will see traditional Swiss chalets with wooden facades and flower-filled balconies add to the charm, and film fans might recognise the village from the 1969 James Bond film On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.
Your free day offers endless possibilities. You could tackle the Eiger Trail to Alpiglen, a roundtrip of about three hours, though frequent photo stops of the iconic Eiger North Face could extend your journey. Or you might take the Jungfraujoch Excursion, a breathtaking train ride to the "Top of Europe", where you can enjoy panoramic views of peaks and glaciers. If you prefer to stay closer to the ground, explore the Gletscherschlucht, a canyon 250 million years in the making, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll through the village.
As the day winds down, we return to Interlaken for the night. You’ll have some free time to relax, reflect on your adventures, or continue soaking up the beauty of Switzerland.

We begin by boarding the Bernina Express, one of the world’s most famous rail journeys, offering spectacular views of Switzerland’s dramatic scenery. Our first major stop is the mountain village of Pontresina, known for its Belle Epoque hotels and traditional Engadine stone houses, where you’ll have time to explore before continuing on a regional train to Morteratsch.

After your visit, we meet back with the bus and continue to the glamorous resort town of St. Moritz. Famous as the birthplace of Alpine winter tourism and host of two Winter Olympics, St. Moritz also boasts mineral springs discovered over 3,000 years ago. While you’re here, you can explore the town, spot celebrities, visit the world’s oldest bobsleigh run, or enjoy activities like cable cars, gondolas, museums, hot springs and local cuisine.
After a day full of awe-inspiring sights, we return by bus to Chur for another night in this charming historic town.

Next, we head to Appenzell, famous for its cheese and Swiss heritage. Your time here is yours to enjoy, whether you choose to savour a cheese-filled lunch, browse local shops, or simply explore the picturesque streets. We highly recommend indulging in the region’s renowned cheese while you’re here.
Our final stop is the striking town of St. Gallen, known for its picturesque old town, twin-towered cathedral, and the UNESCO-listed Benedictine monastery. After exploring the monastery and its ruins, we head back into St. Gallen, where we will stay overnight.
St. Gallen - Winterthur - Zurich. Today, we begin by making our way to the magnificent Kyburg Castle, our first stop on the final day. Perched high above the River Töss, this 14th-century feudal castle was once a fortress and is now home to an award-winning museum showcasing 800 years of history.
