No transfer to meet us on arrival at Vilnius. Hotel in Vilnius did not have our pre-tour accom booking for 10 Sep, and initally said hotel was fully booked. No transfer arrived on departure from Tallinn - had to pay for our own taxi. Nida hotel using emergency staircase to store mattresses & cots.
