Only slight complaint was inability to set room temperature at the hotels - despite there being air con in the rooms, it was centrally controlled and set centrally at a temperature higher than I find comfortable to sleep in, only option was to get front desk to turn it off.

Dejan was a fabulous tour guide and his knowledge made every stop enjoyable. We were only 4 incl tour leader so the whole trip was managed very efficiently. We all got on very well. Hotels were very good. My highlights were Sarajevo, Kotor and the two vineyards!
