Itinerary
Day 1 - nto the Caucasus Highlands – Khinalug Village & Mountain Life
At 09:00 we collect you from your hotel or the designated meeting point, then drive to Khinalug – the journey from central Baku takes around four hours, with short photo stops en route. On arrival, we enjoy lunch in a carefully selected village house serving typical Azerbaijani cuisine, before exploring Khinalug with our experienced guide.
The guided tour lasts over three hours and covers the village and its surrounding landscapes. During your free time, you can meet locals, learn about customs and daily life, and take in the mountain views around the village. We stay overnight in a specially selected village house on a private basis.
Day 2 - Cultural Crossroads & Scenic Wonders – Guba to Baku

After breakfast, we depart Khinalug at 09:00 for Guba. The drive to our first stop, Qechresh Forest, takes around one hour. We then explore traditional craftsmanship at the Gedim Guba carpet weaving centre and browse the stalls of Guba Bazaar, before stopping for lunch at a local restaurant.
In Red Village, we visit the Grand Synagogue and the Museum of Mountain Jews to learn about the community’s heritage, and we round off the afternoon at Chanlibel Lake. We allow around five hours for today’s touring before returning to Baku – the drive from Guba takes about 2 hours 30 minutes – and drop you at your hotel or chosen meeting point.
