Expect to see the Big Five, sweeping plains and, in season, the wildebeest migration and Mara River crossings. There’s the option of a serene hot air balloon flight ending with a champagne breakfast. Continue to Lake Naivasha, a birding paradise, where you'll enjoy a tranquil boat ride among hippos and rich birdlife, with chances to spot giraffe and colobus monkeys. Itinerary
Day 1 - Nairobi

Arrive in Nairobi, where we meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel for an overnight stay – ready for your safari to begin the following morning.
Day 2 - Nairobi to the Masai Mara

Nairobi - Masai Mara. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before you depart overland for the Masai Mara – arriving in time for lunch at your tented camp.
Renowned for its rolling grasslands and abundant wildlife, the Mara offers excellent game viewing. After lunch, head out on a late afternoon game drive in search of the Big Five: lion, elephant, leopard, rhino and Cape buffalo. Return return for dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.
Day 3 - Masai Mara Full-Day Game Drive

Spend the day exploring the Masai Mara’s vast ecosystem on game drives, searching for the Big Five and a wealth of other wildlife across the open plains. Game viewing from the air offers superb photo opportunities. The annual wildebeest migration is expected in the Masai Mara between July–early November, when millions of animals move up from the Serengeti in search of fresh grazing and water. If you wish, you can opt for a hot air balloon safari – followed by a champagne breakfast on landing.
Day 4 - Second Day of Mara Safaris

Head back into the Masai Mara for morning and late-afternoon game drives. The reserve is renowned for prolific wildlife, and during the annual migration the Mara River crossings are a standout sight. All meals are included – buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner.
Day 5 - Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha

Masai Mara - Lake Naivasha National Park. After breakfast, you leave the Masai Mara and drive to papyrus fringed Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch. This freshwater lake hosts more than 400 bird species, and along its shores you can often spot hippos, giraffes, buffalo and black and white colobus monkeys.
In the evening take a boat ride on the lake, then return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6 - Return to Nairobi

Lake Naivasha National Park - Nairobi. After an early buffet breakfast at the lodge in Lake Naivasha, drive to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. A packed lunch is provided for the journey. On arrival, transfer to the airport for your international flight home.
