Day 1 - Nosy Be

Welcome to Madagascar and the island of Nosy Be! On arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel, where you'll be served a complimentary welcome cocktail. Your first evening in Madagascar is free to relax in the hotel or to head out and explore.

Overnight: Bemoko

Day 2 - Nosy Sakatia

Bemoko - Nosy Sakatia - Bemoko. After breakfast, set off for the island of Nosy Sakatia, a hidden gem untouched by modern life. With a local guide, explore its lush landscapes on a 1.5-hour trek, winding through forests of flamboyant trees, coffee, pepper, vanilla, mango, and guava. Along the way, meet local villagers and glimpse their daily traditions. You'll have the opportunity to swim with sea turtles too, the exact timing will depend on the tide times. Return to the hotel on Nosy Be in the evening.

Day 3 - Nosy Komba & Nosy Tanikely

Bemoko - Nosy Komba - Nosy Tanikely - Bemoko. Set sail on a catamaran mini-cruise to explore two striking islands near Nosy Be. Your first stop, Nosy Komba, is a traditional fishing village known for its handicraft market—perfect for finding local sculptures and embroidered tablecloths. The island is also home to a small lemur park, where you can see these playful primates up close.

Next, arrive at Nosy Tanikely, a protected marine reserve teeming with vibrant coral reefs, anemones, and sea turtles. Dive into its crystal-clear waters for a snorkelling experience that feels like stepping into a giant aquarium (equipment provided). After your underwater adventure, enjoy a fresh seafood picnic on board the catamaran.

Day 4 - Leisure Day in Nosy Be

Bemoko - Take the day to unwind or explore at your own pace. Whether you choose to relax by the water, discover hidden spots, or immerse yourself in the local culture, the time is yours to enjoy.

Day 5 - Turtle Island Adventure

Bemoko - Nosy Iranja - Bemoko. Step into paradise as you visit Nosy Iranja, often named one of the world's ten most beautiful islands. Just an hour and a half by speedboat from Nosy Be, Nosy Iranja is made up of Small Iranja and Great Iranja, connected by a stunning white sandbank that appears at low tide. The island’s turquoise waters and tranquil atmosphere make it feel like a secret haven.

Known as Turtle Island, it's where sea turtles come to nest, and you'll likely spot them in the crystal-clear waters. The island is also home to a variety of seabirds, including stern gulls and marine eagles. After a relaxing picnic lunch under the shade of coconut trees, take a leisurely stroll to the lighthouse on Great Iranja or explore the peaceful Iranja village—a perfect way to soak in the island’s charm.

Day 6 - Explore Nosy Be’s Rainforest

Bemoko - Lokobe Reserve - Bemoko. Lokobe Reserve is the last remaining primary forest on Nosy Be, a true haven of endemic plants and ancient trees. It’s a hotspot for scientists drawn to its rich biodiversity. The reserve is home to a fascinating mix of wildlife, from nocturnal lemurs like the Macaco and Lepilemurs to chameleons, tropical birds, chameleons and even snakes.

After exploring the reserve, experience a cart ride to the village of Ambatozavavy, where you'll board a traditional boat or motorboat to navigate the mangroves. You’ll return to the hotel by 3:30-4 pm, having experienced the lush, wild beauty of this unique reserve.

Day 7 - Nosy Be From East to West

Bemoko - Hell-Ville - Bemoko. Today you will take in the best of Nosy Be, including Lemuria Land, a wildlife park home to numerous lemur species. In Hell-Ville, the island's lively centre, you'll find colonial-era buildings and a bustling market full of local life.

As you venture beyond Hell-Ville, breathe in the fragrant scents of coffee, pepper, vanilla, and Ylang Ylang while admiring the sacred Banyan tree. The tour concludes with a visit to Mont Passot, the highest point on Nosy Be, where you can take in a breathtaking sunset before returning to the hotel.

Day 8 - Nosy Be

After breakfast at the hotel, it's time to check out. An included transfer takes you to the airport for your onward flight. Safe travels!
