Day 1 - Prague
Welcome to Prague. On arrival at the airport, we’ll arrange your transfer to the hotel. Please check the information board in the hotel reception for the time of the welcome meeting with your guide. In the evening, we’ll transfer you to Old Town Square – a lively hub in the heart of the city – where you can choose somewhere for dinner from a wide range of restaurants serving Czech, Chinese, Indian and Italian cuisine. We’ll then provide a return transfer to the hotel.
Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2 - Prague
Today we explore Prague, the Baroque jewel of Europe. With a local guide, we begin with a panoramic tour of the capital’s most notable monuments, then head inside Prague Castle – entrance included. We follow this with an included boat cruise on the Vltava, taking in the city from the water. In the afternoon, you have free time to explore independently.
Day 3 - Prague - Pilsen - Rothenburg - Frankfurt
We depart Prague early and make a stop in Pilsen, renowned for its beer. You’ll have time to stroll through the historic centre – the Old Town Square, the cathedral, the Plague Column and the Renaissance-era town hall. We then cross into Germany and follow part of the Romantic Road to visit Rothenburg, considered among the most beautiful in the country. Afterwards, we continue to Frankfurt, Germany’s financial capital, arriving in the evening. You’ll have free time in the historic centre to choose dinner, with plenty of restaurants offering Indian, Asian, Italian and international cuisines.
Day 4 - Frankfurt - Cologne - Amsterdam
From Frankfurt we travel to the Rhine for a scenic cruise between Rüdesheim and St. Goar – the river’s most picturesque stretch. After disembarking, we continue to Cologne to see its immense Gothic cathedral, then cross into the Netherlands, arriving in Amsterdam in the evening.
Day 5 - Amsterdam
Today we explore some of Holland’s most picturesque places – the Holland you imagine. We begin at Zaanse Schans, known for its traditional wooden houses, canals and windmills, then continue to Volendam, a scenic fishing village. From Volendam, we take a short boat ride to Marken – once an island, now connected to the mainland by a fixed dyke – where houses were traditionally built on stilts to protect against flooding. In the afternoon, we enjoy a guided tour of Amsterdam that brings together key highlights – classic windmill scenes and the Rembrandt statue, the contemporary elegance of the South District, and the longstanding tradition of diamond cutting around Museum Square. We finish at Central Station, where the tour ends, and your guide will share tips so you can explore Amsterdam’s canals, street markets and cafés at your own pace.
Day 6 - Amsterdam - Brussels - Paris
After breakfast, we travel to Belgium, reaching Brussels – the capital and home to major European institutions – a little over 200 kilometres away. Before heading into the centre, we make a brief stop at the Atomium, the city’s most recognisable landmark. In the centre, we admire the Grand Place – a showcase of Flemish Baroque – and stroll past the Manneken Pis. In the afternoon, we continue into France, arriving in Paris at the end of the day.

We begin in central Paris with a visit to the Eiffel Tower – tickets to the second floor are included – followed by a relaxing cruise on the Seine. The afternoon is free for you to explore the city at your own pace. At around 16:00 we leave Paris for Normandy and arrive in Rouen, where you’ll have free time to wander the historic centre. Rouen dates back to Roman times and features notable medieval architecture and a striking Gothic cathedral. Note: if waiting times at the Eiffel Tower are too long, we may reschedule the visit to a different time – or to Sunday – for your convenience.
Day 9 - Rouen - English Channel - Canterbury - London
We start with time to stroll the centre of Rouen, then travel north through France to the coast and cross the English Channel by ferry. On arrival in England, we continue to Canterbury – the country’s religious capital with a charming historic core – for a brief visit. We then head on to London, where you’ll have some free time around the Tower Bridge area before we transfer to the hotel.
Day 10 - London
We explore London on a panoramic tour with a local guide, taking in highlights such as the Parliament, the River Thames and Buckingham Palace – depending on dates, we may also catch the Changing of the Guard. In the evening we meet in Piccadilly for a guided stroll through Leicester Square, Chinatown and Soho, areas renowned for their lively atmosphere, theatres and entertainment. You can choose where to dine from the many restaurants before we return to the hotel.
