Day 1 - Prague
Welcome to Prague. Upon arrival at the airport, we will transfer you to your hotel. Please check the information boards in the reception area for details about the welcome meeting with your guide. In the evening, we will transfer you to the vibrant Old Town Square, where you can choose to dine at one of the many restaurants offering a range of international cuisines, including Czech, Chinese, Indian, and Italian. Afterwards, we will provide a return transfer back to the hotel.
Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour.
Day 2 - Prague
We begin the day with a guided panoramic tour of Prague, often called the Baroque jewel of Europe. Our local guide will show us the city’s most remarkable monuments, including a visit to Prague Castle, with admission included. After exploring the castle, we’ll enjoy a scenic boat ride along the Vltava River. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to wander the streets and discover the city at your own pace.
Day 3 - Prague - Pilsen - Rothenburg - Frankfurt
We depart early from Prague and stop in Pilsen, a city in western Bohemia famous for its beer heritage. You’ll have time to explore the historic centre, including the Old Town Square, the cathedral, the Plague Column, and the Renaissance-era town hall. From there, we cross into Germany and follow part of the Romantic Road to Rothenburg, a town often described as one of the most beautiful in the country with its well-preserved medieval architecture. In the evening, we continue to Frankfurt, Germany’s financial hub. Upon arrival, you’ll have free time to visit the historic city centre, where a variety of restaurants offering Indian, Asian, Italian, and international cuisines await you.
Day 4 - Frankfurt - Cruise on the Rhine - Cologne - Amsterdam
We’ll begin the day with a scenic cruise along the most picturesque stretch of the Rhine, travelling between the charming villages of Rüdesheim and St. Goar. After the cruise, we’ll continue to Cologne, famed for its towering Gothic cathedral, one of Germany’s most iconic landmarks. From there, we’ll travel onward to the Netherlands, arriving in Amsterdam by the evening.
Day 5 - Amsterdam
Today we’ll explore some of the most picturesque areas in Holland. Our first stop is Zaanse Schans, known for its traditional houses, canals, and working windmills. Next, we visit the scenic fishing village of Volendam, where you can enjoy its charming harbour and waterfront. From Volendam, we take a short boat ride to Marken, a former island now connected to the mainland by a dike, famous for its stilt houses built to protect against flooding. In the afternoon, we’ll take a guided tour of Amsterdam, highlighting landmarks such as the iconic windmill and Rembrandt statue, the stylish South District, and the historic diamond-cutting quarter near Museum Square. The tour concludes with a walk into the city centre, where you’ll have free time to explore Amsterdam’s renowned canals, markets and cafés at your leisure.
Day 6 - Amsterdam - Brussels - Paris
After breakfast, we travel to Belgium, arriving in Brussels – the capital city and home to key European institutions. We will admire the striking Grand Place, a fine example of Flemish Baroque architecture, and take a stroll past the famous Manneken Pis statue. Brussels offers an intriguing blend of historic charm, world-renowned chocolate, and contemporary culture. In the afternoon, we continue on to France, reaching Paris by the end of the day.
Day 7 - Paris
Today, we explore the grandeur of France with a visit to the impressive Palace of Versailles, famous for its magnificent gardens (admission not included). Returning to Paris, we will visit Montmartre, a vibrant bohemian district known for its artistic heritage and lively cabarets. To capture the full scale and charm of the city, we will enjoy a panoramic tour with a local guide, highlighting Paris’s elegant avenues and iconic landmarks. We will then return to the hotel. In the evening, you may choose to attend an optional variety show for a taste of Parisian nightlife.
Day 8 - Paris
We begin the day in central Paris with a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower, including admission to the second floor. Following this, we take a relaxing boat cruise along the Seine, lasting around one hour and fifteen minutes, offering a unique perspective of the city’s landmarks. The afternoon is yours free to explore Paris at your own pace—please note that transfers back to the hotel are not provided. If queues at the Eiffel Tower are lengthy, we may adjust the timing for your convenience, possibly moving the visit to another time or Sunday. As the tour concludes, you’ll depart with cherished memories. Please double-check your flight time in case you need an additional night’s accommodation.
