A stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two grand statues of Amenhotep II, offers a striking photo opportunity. Hatshepsut was one of Egypt's few female pharaohs and left a remarkable legacy. We also visit the renowned Valley of the Kings, where the tombs of famous pharaohs are hidden away.
