Itinerary
Day 1 - Budapest
Upon arrival in Budapest, we’ll transfer you to your hotel where you can settle in and enjoy some free time at your leisure. In the afternoon, you’ll find all the necessary information about the tour’s start displayed on notice boards at the hotel reception to help you prepare for the days ahead.
Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour.
Day 2 - Budapest
We begin at 11:30 a.m. with a guided walk to the vibrant Váci utca, a bustling pedestrian street known for its shops and lively atmosphere. You’ll then have some free time to enjoy lunch at your leisure. Afterward, we take an included boat trip along the Danube River, offering views of historic Buda on one side and the dynamic cityscape of Pest on the other. Following the cruise, we embark on a panoramic tour of Budapest, often called the “Queen of the Danube,” to see its key landmarks from the comfort of the coach. You’ll have free time later in the afternoon to explore independently. In the evening, there is an optional outing featuring a traditional Magyar show with dinner included.
Day 3 - Budapest - Bratislava - Prague
We depart Budapest early and travel to Bratislava, Slovakia’s capital, known for its charming historic centre along the Danube. You’ll have time to explore the city and enjoy lunch at your leisure. In the afternoon, we continue to Prague in the Czech Republic, arriving in the evening. We’ll transfer you to the Old Town Square, the heart of the city, where you can soak up the lively atmosphere and choose from a variety of restaurants offering Czech, Chinese, Indian and Italian cuisine for dinner. Afterwards, we’ll return to the hotel for the night.
Day 4 - Prague
Today we explore Prague, often called the Baroque jewel of Europe. Our local guide will take us on a panoramic tour, showcasing the city’s most notable landmarks. We will visit Prague Castle, with admission included, before enjoying a boat ride along the Vltava River. In the afternoon, you have free time to discover the city at your own pace.
Day 5 - Prague
After breakfast, your tour concludes, leaving you with lasting memories of Prague and your journey.

Departure dates are guaranteed with 2 travellers. 'Double/Twin' prices are per person when there are 2 people on the same booking sharing a room. 'Single' prices are applicable to anyone wanting the privacy of their own room. 'Triple' prices are per person when there are 3 people on the same booking sharing a room. 'Shared' prices are for solo travellers who are happy to share with another solo traveller of the same sex in a twin room - a single room will be provided at no additional cost if there are no suitable travellers to share with.
