We begin our day with a panoramic tour of Dublin, the serene capital of Ireland. Strolling along the banks of the River Liffey, we'll explore beautiful parks, the historic university, and the lively downtown streets. Our journey will take us past the exterior of Trinity College, an iconic institution. The afternoon is yours to enjoy as you wish, with the freedom to discover more of Dublin at your own pace. Note that sometimes, depending on when we arrive in Dublin and the availability of daylight, this tour may occur on the previous afternoon.
Day 3 - Dublin - Caernarfon - Liverpool
We depart Dublin early in the morning, setting sail across the Irish Sea on a ferry that takes approximately three to three and a half hours to reach Wales. Arriving in the charming town of Caernarfon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you'll have time to enjoy lunch and explore independently – its striking castle is a must-see. Later, we continue to Liverpool, famous for its rich maritime heritage and music scene. A brief coach tour will introduce you to this vibrant city: one of the UK’s largest ports and another World Heritage Site. If you're inclined, take advantage of the opportunity to visit The Beatles Museum, a tribute to the legendary band that hailed from this city.
Day 4 - Liverpool - Chester - Lichfield - Birmingham
After enjoying breakfast in Liverpool, we'll head to the nearby historic city of Chester, nestled on the border with Wales. Chester is a city steeped in history, where you'll have time to explore its well-preserved Roman amphitheatre and impressive medieval walls, as well as its exquisite architecture at your leisure. After soaking in Chester's past, we'll pause for lunch in the picturesque town of Lichfield, famous for its charming old town lined with cobbled streets and rich in heritage, highlighted by the magnificent Lichfield Cathedral with its three iconic spires. Our journey then continues to Birmingham, recognised as the UK's second-largest city and a vibrant centre of economic and cultural life, having played a significant role during the Industrial Revolution. We recommend spending some time exploring the town hall area and wandering along the canals, which now host a bustling collection of restaurants and entertainment venues, rivaling even the waterways of Venice in extent.
Day 5 - Birmingham - Stratford - Stow-on-the-Wold - Gloucester - Bath
Today, we begin our travels to Stratford-upon-Avon, a historic town founded in the 12th century along the River Avon, most famously recognised as the birthplace of William Shakespeare. Here, you have the option to visit the bard's birthplace. Our journey continues through picturesque countryside and quaint villages, leading us to Stow-on-the-Wold. This charming village boasts stone houses and a delightful square filled with art galleries and antique shops. We will then proceed to Gloucester, where you can enjoy lunch at the bustling docks and explore the historic centre, including its impressive cathedral, which served as a filming location for some scenes in the Harry Potter films. Our day concludes in the city of Bath, renowned for its Georgian architecture and therapeutic hot springs, offering you the opportunity to explore the ancient Roman baths.
Day 6 - Bath - Stonehenge - Salisbury - London
Following our time in Bath, where you might choose to visit the renowned Roman baths, we'll embark on a journey through the scenic landscapes of southern England. Our next stop will be Stonehenge, the iconic prehistoric monument composed of a mysterious circle of stones. Admission is included, allowing us to explore this remarkable site. Our adventure continues to Salisbury, where there's an opportunity for lunch amidst the quaint medieval surroundings, followed by a visit to Salisbury Cathedral, noted for having the tallest spire in England – again, admission is included. As the day draws to a close, we'll return to London, ensuring we reach the city by evening.

As evening descends, we'll convene at a designated meeting spot in Piccadilly, from where we'll venture forth to explore the dynamic districts of Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho. These areas are celebrated for their bustling atmosphere, theatres, and diverse entertainment options. Here, you'll find an array of restaurants offering delightful dinner choices before we regroup for a return to the hotel, ending a day filled with memorable London experiences.
