Day 1 - Rome
Upon arrival at Rome Airport, you will be met by your driver for a private transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to explore the City of Seven Hills at your own pace. Rome offers a captivating mix of ancient history and modern life, whether you wish to visit iconic landmarks or enjoy shopping in areas such as Campo de’ Fiori or Via Veneto. In the evening, consider dining at a local restaurant to savour a plate of fresh Italian pasta. Overnight in Rome.
Day 2 - Rome
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your private local guide to explore the heart of Rome on foot. This walking tour includes some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, such as the Spanish Steps and the magnificent Trevi Fountain, where you may wish to toss a coin to ensure your return to the Eternal City. You will also visit Piazza Navona, renowned for its stunning Baroque fountains and grand mansions, as well as the Pantheon, an impressive Roman temple completed around 126 AD under Emperor Hadrian. During the tour, you will have some free time to pause for a coffee or enjoy a gelato. Overnight in Rome.
Day 3 - Rome - Pompei - Sorrento
After breakfast, meet your driver in the hotel lobby for a transfer to Rome Termini train station. Board a high-speed train to Naples in southern Italy. Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting to take you to Pompeii for a private tour. This ancient Roman city was buried under volcanic ash following Mount Vesuvius’s eruption in 79 AD, preserving its ruins for nearly 1,700 years. After exploring Pompeii, continue to Sorrento and check in to your hotel for the night.
Day 4 - Sorrento
After breakfast, meet your driver in the hotel lobby for a private transfer to a local farmhouse, where you will take part in a hands-on cooking class. You will gather seasonal herbs and vegetables before preparing an Italian farm-style menu under the guidance of an Italian chef. The chef will demonstrate how to make fresh pasta and sauces from scratch. Aprons and hats will be provided for your comfort. Once the class concludes, your private transfer will return you to the hotel. Overnight in Sorrento.
Day 5 - Sorrento
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full day at your leisure in Sorrento. This is a perfect opportunity to explore the town’s charming streets, relax by the sea, or simply soak up the local atmosphere at your own pace. Overnight in Sorrento.
Day 6 - Sorrento - Capri
After breakfast, meet your driver in the hotel lobby for the transfer to Sorrento Pier, where you will board the ferry to Capri. Upon arrival, a driver will be waiting to take you to your hotel, with porterage included. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure, allowing you to explore the island or simply relax in this renowned Mediterranean retreat. Overnight in Capri.
Day 7 - Capri
After breakfast, meet your guide in the hotel lobby for a walking tour of Capri, an island long celebrated for its stunning beauty. We will explore the three main areas—Marina Grande, Capri town and Anacapri—strolling through narrow streets lined with Italian boutiques. Along the way, you’ll enjoy spectacular sea views that frame the island. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in Capri.
Day 8 - Capri - Naples
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to the pier to board the ferry back to Naples. Upon arrival at Naples Pier, a private car will be waiting to take you directly to Naples Airport for your onward journey.
