Itinerary
Day 1 - Kota Kinabalu

Once you have arrived in Kota Kinabalu, you are transferred to your accommodation to check in and rest.
In the evening, you make your way to Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty for an evening aboard North Borneo Cruises. You sail along the South China Sea, passing islands and water villages, with the choice of relaxing on the upper deck for sunset views or heading to the cosy, air-conditioned dining deck below, complete with live music. A buffet dinner is served as the waterfront lights begin to glow.
You then return to the jetty and are transferred back to your accommodation for the evening.
Day 2 - Kota Kinabalu - Tamparuli - Pekan Nabalu

After breakfast, you travel for around an hour to Tamparuli Town to explore Jambatan Tamparuli, an iconic suspension bridge steeped in local folklore, so beloved that it even inspired a song and stage production in its name.
You continue to Nabalu Town's market to browse fresh produce and handicrafts set against views of Mount Kinabalu, before stopping at a family-friendly recreation park with an in-house rabbit farm and photo garden. You then visit the Kundasang War Memorial, which honours the soldiers lost in the Sandakan Death Marches during the Second World War, as well as the suffering of local people during that time.
The day concludes with a final stop at Kundasang Market for fresh produce and herbs, before checking in to your mountain accommodation.
Day 3 - Kundasang

This morning, you set off on a sunrise hike up Sosodikon Hill, a short, beginner-friendly trail offering sweeping views of the surrounding village.
You then visit Desa Cow Farm, known as "Little New Zealand of Sabah," where you can encounter Holstein Friesian cows, feed the calves, and sample fresh dairy products such as yoghurt and gelato, from a farm producing an estimated 150,000 litres of fresh milk each month. You continue to the Alpaca Club, the only facility of its kind in Sabah, where you can observe and feed alpacas, before visiting Kundasang Farmville, home to an aquaponic farm, a selfie garden, an ice cream bus and a cafe.
Day 4 - Kundasang - Kinabalu Park - Kota Kinabalu

After breakfast, you check out and take a scenic drive to Poring Hot Springs, where you can unwind in mineral-rich waters, before stopping for lunch at a local restaurant.
You then take on the Canopy Treetop Walk, suspended 30 metres above the forest floor for sweeping views over the rainforest, before treating your feet to a fish spa, where small fish gently nibble away dead skin for a natural pedicure.
Afterwards, you visit Kinabalu National Park, Malaysia's first UNESCO World Heritage Site and part of the Kinabalu UNESCO Global Geopark, home to a wealth of unique plant and animal life. In the late afternoon, you transfer back to Kota Kinabalu for an overnight stay.
Day 5 - Kota Kinabalu
