Then roll into the Agafay Desert for sunset, a camp dinner and mint tea under the stars. Next day brings unhurried desert time – think camel, quad or simply lazing – before the green Ourika Valley. Day 1 - Marrakesh - Marrakech - Agafay
We begin at 2:00 pm with pick up by a professional local guide in Marrakech, setting the tone for a meaningful, immersive experience. We explore the vibrant Medina on a guided Pikala bike ride – a social–impact initiative supported by the TUI Care Foundation – which empowers local communities while revealing daily life, hidden streets and stories beyond the classic routes. In the late afternoon, we travel towards the Agafay Desert, arriving around sunset to admire its dramatic, moon–like landscapes. The evening brings a delicious dinner at the camp, followed by traditional Moroccan tea under the stars, before we settle into a comfortable tent for a peaceful and memorable night. Day 2 - Agafay - Ourika - Marrakech
You can enjoy a peaceful morning in Agafay – opt for a camel, quad or buggy ride, or simply relax at the camp – before we depart at 10:30 am for the lush Ourika Valley. At Paradis du Safran, an organic saffron estate, we take part in a sensory and educational experience that blends nature, wellbeing and local knowledge. After this immersive visit, we sit down to a carefully prepared local lunch infused with saffron, then return to Marrakech around 4:00 pm – relaxed and enriched by this unique rural encounter.
