Amazing hotel and such a beautiful place with great experiences to be had All tour guides and transfer drivers were friendly and helpful. Kuala Lumpur hotel is on a very busy road. George Town was a bit of a let down, the day tour was enough so could have stayed on the other side of Penang or go elsewhere, shame to miss Cameron Highlands, included 'Penang Explorer' tour didn't fully explore Penang, only focused on George Town.

Not been before and found the city easy to get around with lots to see. The guide was superb, very knowledgeable. The Batu Caves were also great to see, so the KL start of the tour was perfect. As we had already had a few days in Singapore we didn't need the first day to recover so the tour would have been better for us on that day rather than day 2. Whilst the rasa ria hotel did have the nature trails advertised you have to book on to a guided walk to use them. They were fully booked tho
