Private Tours6I couldn't pick out one highlight. Driving through the Atlas mountains was great. Camel ride plus Berber camp was interesting but we were disappointed that it was so well lit that the stars in the night sky were hardly visible. Essaouira was a lovely town and well worth the one day trip. I failed to realise that private tour meant just the two of us and that we would be driven around on our own. We did miss having the company of some other travellers but the guide was excellent and we gained much for information from him by being on our own.

The staff at each of them were very friendly and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the tour guide Hassan in Marrakech he was so informative and the guide in Fes was amazing. I think the guide that travelled with us should be called a Tour Manager rather than a guide. The optional local dinner in Fes was our least favourite on the Tour

It was tiring to move every night and neither of us felt we saw much of the citiies. By the time we got to Tangier, all we did was sit by the pool and didn't see any of the city. Perhaps create an itineray with fewer stops. For example, three nights in Fes.
