New Year's in Finland - 7 DaysNEW YEAR TOUR: Make New Year's Eve one to remember with a week-long stay in Kuhmo in Finland. Go snowshoeing along the forest and frozen lake. Enjoy fireworks and a disco for New Year's Eve and take advantage of daily jacuzzis and saunas.Worldwide Touring7Absolutely amazing. Kalavela hotel is a holiday resort. It is picture perfect, and offers a large variety of activities. There are plenty of things to do for sporty people as well as the not-so-fit! The equipment is in very good condition and either free or available for rent at a low price. The food was interesting, exotic and tasty. The breakfast and dinner buffets were feasts. The New Year’s party was great and enjoyed by young and old. Great facilities for kids. The staff was helpful, friendly and caring. Please remind guests to bring a swimsuit, we forgot but the hotel had plenty that we could easily borrow. We spent quiye some time in the outside jacuzzi in subzero temperatures and snowfalls!! We saw that it was also possible to borrow snow suits and boots, for those who hadnt come prepared. An absolutely marvellous time!!
