Day 1 - Prague
Welcome to Prague. Upon arrival at the airport, we will transfer you to your hotel. Please check the information boards in the hotel reception for details about the welcome meeting with your guide. In the evening, we will transfer you to the Old Town Square, a vibrant area full of activity. You can enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including Czech, Chinese, Indian, and Italian. Afterwards, we will provide a return transfer to the hotel.
Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour.
Day 2 - Prague
Today we explore Prague, often called the Baroque jewel of Europe. Our local guide will take us on a panoramic tour of the city, highlighting its most remarkable monuments. We will visit Prague Castle, included in the tour, where you can admire its impressive architecture and historical significance. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a boat ride along the Vltava River, offering a different perspective of the city’s skyline. The afternoon is yours to spend at leisure, giving you time to explore Prague further at your own pace before the evening.
Day 3 - Prague - Pilsen - Rothenburg - Frankfurt
We’ll set off early from Prague and travel to Pilsen in western Bohemia, famous for its beer. You’ll have time to explore the historic centre, including the Old Town Square, the cathedral, the Plague Column, and the Renaissance-era town hall. Continuing into Germany, we’ll follow part of the Romantic Road to Rothenburg, a charming town often described as a fairy-tale village and regarded as one of the most beautiful in the country. Later, we’ll arrive in Frankfurt, Germany’s financial hub, where you’ll have free time in the evening to enjoy the historic city centre and choose from a variety of restaurants serving Indian, Asian, Italian, and international cuisine.
Day 4 - Frankfurt - Cologne - Amsterdam
Today, we depart Frankfurt for a scenic cruise along the most picturesque stretch of the Rhine River, between the charming villages of Rüdesheim and St. Goar. Following the cruise, we travel to Cologne, famous for its impressive Gothic cathedral. From there, we continue to the Netherlands, arriving in Amsterdam by evening.
Day 5 - Amsterdam
Today we explore the quintessential Dutch landscapes and villages. We begin at Zaanse Schans, known for its traditional houses, canals and working windmills. From there, we travel to Volendam, a picturesque fishing village with a charming harbour. A short boat ride takes us to Marken, which was once an island; its distinctive stilt houses were built to guard against flooding. In the afternoon, we enjoy a guided tour of Amsterdam, seeing highlights such as the famous windmill and Rembrandt statue, the modern elegance of the South District, and Museum Square, home to the city’s historic diamond-cutting heritage. The tour concludes in the city centre, where you have free time to explore Amsterdam’s canals, markets and cafés at your leisure.
Day 6 - Amsterdam
After breakfast, your journey concludes, leaving you with wonderful memories to cherish.
