Kick off in Delhi and finish in Delhi over 12 days – a classic North India sweep packed with icons and local colour. You’ll rattle through Old Delhi by rickshaw, then gaze at the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. On to Jaipur for hilltop bastions, pink city bazaars and a Jeep up to Amber. Travel via Fatehpur Sikri and Abhaneri stepwells, pause in sacred Pushkar, then slow the pace in Udaipur with a Lake Pichola boat ride and folk performance. Continue to Jodhpur’s Mehrangarh and Mandore gardens, before Jaisalmer’s golden fort, haunted Kuldhara and a Thar Desert safari with sunset barbecue.

Itinerary
Day 1 - Delhi
Arrive in Delhi. On landing at Delhi International Airport, meet our representative for assistance and transfer to your hotel for check in. Hotel check in/out is at 12:00 – early check in is subject to availability. Later, we explore Delhi, starting in Old Delhi with the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk and the Khari Baoli spice market, including a cycle rickshaw ride through the lanes of Chandni Chowk. We then continue to New Delhi to visit Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb and the Lotus Temple, and drive past the President’s House, Parliament and India Gate. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 - Delhi
After breakfast we drive 204 km – around 4 hours – from Delhi to Agra and check in at the hotel. In the afternoon we visit the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and the tomb of Itmad‑ud‑Daula. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 - Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Abhaneri - Abhaneri
After breakfast, we drive from Agra to Jaipur – about 245 km and approximately 5 hours by road – stopping en route at Fatehpur Sikri, a 16th century ghost town, and Abhaneri, a small village known for its striking stepwells and temple. We continue to Jaipur and check in at the hotel. In the evening, we explore the Pink City’s colourful bazaars, and you can choose to round off the day with a Bollywood film at the opulent Rajmandir Cinema. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 - Jaipur
After breakfast at the hotel in Jaipur, we visit Amer Fort – enjoying a jeep ride at the fort – and nearby Jaigarh Fort. Later, we tour the city’s key monuments, including the City Palace, the Observatory, the Palace of Winds, Albert Hall Museum and Birla Temple. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 - Jaipur - Pushkar
Jaipur – Pushkar – Udaipur (approximately 405 km, around eight hours). After breakfast at the hotel, we drive to Udaipur with a stop in Pushkar to visit its temples. On arrival in Udaipur, we check in at the hotel. The remainder of the afternoon is free for you to relax or pursue personal activities. In the evening, we attend the Dharohar folk performance at Bagore ki Haveli. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 - Udaipur
After breakfast at the hotel, we set out on a full day city tour of Udaipur – visiting a fort, palaces, havelis, gardens and temples. In the evening, we take a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 - Udaipur
After breakfast, we drive from Udaipur to Jodhpur – around 265 km, approximately five hours. En route, you may choose to stop at either Ranakpur Jain Temple or Kumbhalgarh Fort, depending on your interests. On arrival in Jodhpur, we check in to the hotel. The rest of the day is free – you can relax at the hotel or ask your driver to take you to places that interest you. Overnight in Jodhpur.
Day 8 - Jodhpur
JodhpurAfter breakfast at the hotel, we spend a full day exploring Jodhpur. We visit the imposing Mehrangarh Fort, taking time to walk its courtyards and galleries with wide views across the city. We continue to the tranquil Jaswant Thada, known for its marble cenotaphs, and then visit the accessible areas and museum of Umaid Bhawan Palace. Later, we drive to Mandore to see its temples, chhatris and gardens. Overnight at hotel.
Day 9 - Jodhpur
After breakfast at the hotel, we drive 265 km to Jaisalmer – about 5 hours – stopping en route to visit Pokhran Fort and its palaces. The rest of the day is at leisure – you can relax at the hotel or head out with your driver to places that interest you. Overnight in Jaisalmer.
Day 10 - Jaisalmer
Breakfast at the hotel, then we set out on a full day city tour of Jaisalmer, visiting the fort, palaces, havelis and the colourful market. In the afternoon we make an excursion to Kuldhara – the abandoned village often described as haunted. Towards evening we continue to the Sam Dunes for time in the desert – enjoy a desert safari followed by a barbecue dinner with a live folk performance – then return to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11 - Jaisalmer
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer you to Jaisalmer airport in time for your flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure – you can explore local markets or simply relax at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 12 - Delhi
After breakfast, we check you out of the hotel and transfer you to the airport for your onward flight.
