Itinerary
Day 1 - Cape Town to West Coast National Park & Thali Thali Safari

You set off from Cape Town for a 2-hour guided walk through West Coast National Park, taking in an array of birdlife and, in season (August to September), the area's colourful wildflower displays.
From here, you continue to Thali Thali Game Reserve for a game drive across 2,500 hectares of savannah and bushveld, home to wildlife including giraffe, springbok and eland, with your guide sharing insights into the area's flora and fauna along the way. Lunch follows at the reserve, featuring fresh, local ingredients.
Afterwards, you continue to your accommodation in Paternoster for a 2-night stay, checking in and settling in on arrival.
Please note: dinner this evening is available at a highly recommended seaside restaurant, at your own expense, with a transfer back to your accommodation afterwards.
Day 2 - Paternoster Bay Beach Buggy Safari

After breakfast, you join a beach buggy safari along the dune tracks of Paternoster Bay with your guide, keeping a lookout for wildlife and marine life along the way. The route takes in the region's fynbos vegetation - a unique mix of shrubs, heath-like plants and grasses found only in the Western Cape's nutrient-poor soils, forming part of the Cape Floral Kingdom - with the chance to sample some fynbos plants known for their medicinal properties.
Please note: you have 2 hours of free time afterwards to explore the beach, with lunch available at a local eatery at your own expense.
You return to your accommodation to relax before dinner. In the evening, couples can enjoy the property's wood-fired hot tub, taking in the clear West Coast night sky and its display of stars, constellations and the occasional falling star or passing satellite.
Day 3 - Darling, Evita se Peron & Cape Town

After breakfast, you leave Paternoster behind for the scenic hour-long drive to the town of Darling for an olive tasting experience, sampling a curated selection of local olives and olive oils and learning about the production process.
A short 10-minute drive brings you to Evita se Perron, a former railway station turned cultural venue celebrating South African art, heritage and performance, where you can explore the museum's varied exhibits on local history and culture.
Afterwards, you continue back to Cape Town, where you are dropped off at a location of your choice, bringing your West Coast tour to a close.
