We enjoyed all the capital cities but were particularly impressed by Riga. we only did breakfasts as part of the itinerary so our rating is based only on those Pärnu, apart from breaking up the journey, didn't give much.

Hotels were all of very good quality and great location (except for the hotel in Nida, which was pretty basic and had some safety issues) Tour guide was helpful and friendly. No transfer to meet us on arrival at Vilnius. Hotel in Vilnius did not have our pre-tour accom booking for 10 Sep, and initally said hotel was fully booked. No transfer arrived on departure from Tallinn - had to pay for our own taxi. Nida hotel using emergency staircase to store mattresses & cots.
