There were many highlights of the trip but Lisbon was outstanding and made better by the optional tour to Cascais and Sintra. It would have been good if Aveira was included in our itinerary but I have no other complaints. The hotels were excellent.

Worldwide Touring21I loved Spain and Gibraltar especially. The whole trip I loved really… informative The itinerary changed. There was no communication about this. The quality of hotels varied from what we were promised. The final night in Rabat for example was not good at all. So - poor communication. Changes big notified

Worldwide Touring21In general the trip was well planned. The itinerary allowed us to see and explore beautiful locations. Whilst providing adequate free time. It’s difficult to rate tour guides in one question as we had 4. Ben in Morocco was excellent as were local guides. Some Accommodation was out of town. The itinerary could also include requirements for that day. Ie. if ID or shoulder wrap required. So we can be prepared. Some tour leaders not as flexible when a slight change could be more enjoyable. Ie skip a long lunch and spend more free in the next location. Set menus very seafood oriented.

It was easy to book the tour and directions were very clear. Local guides were very knowledgeable and our tour leader was detail orientated and flexible. One unexpected event was that our local tour guide in Barcelona was 1 hour late to pick us up from the hotel for the city tour, We frantically tried to call the 24 hour help line but had a hard time getting anyone to pick up the phone. She eventually showed up saying she did not have the correct hotel information and went to the wrong hotel.
