Take in the mountain views and the anticipation of exploring the ancient lands of the Tayrona people. **Trek to Camp 1 (approximately 4 hours, 6.8 km)** Lace up your boots and embark on a mostly uphill trek through dense jungle teeming with tropical sounds. The trail weaves through patches of sunlight and shade, so keep an eye out for exotic birds and butterflies among the greenery. **River Refresh & Arrival at Camp 1** By evening, you will arrive at the first jungle camp. Trek Back Through Enchanted Wilderness Embark on the return trail, retracing 16.5 km over 7-8 hours through the stunning Sierra Nevada.
