You’ll head to Pench for dawn and afternoon jeep safaris with expert naturalists – listening for alarm calls and watching the forest wake. Continue to Satpura via Pachmarhi – think quiet trails, the Panch Pandav Caves and a sunset from Dhoopgarh that steals the show. Finish in Kanha with classic tiger territory drives and time to unwind at a comfortable jungle lodge. Expect varied scenery, unhurried travel and ample chances to spot deer, birdlife, leopards and, with luck, tigers.

Day 1 - Nagpur
On arrival at Nagpur airport, our driver greets you and we set off for Pench National Park, a journey of around 90 km – about 2 hours – through rural landscapes. On arrival, we check in to your resort. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and settle into the forest surroundings before the safaris begin. Overnight at the resort.
Day 2 -
We rise before dawn for our first safari in Pench National Park, boarding an open Gypsy with an experienced naturalist. Early morning is ideal for activity as the forest wakes – we follow tracks and waterholes in search of wildlife and birdlife. After an eventful drive, we return to the resort for breakfast and time to recharge. In the afternoon we head back into the park for a second game drive, exploring different routes to make the most of changing light and conditions – each outing offers fresh possibilities for sightings. We return to the resort after the safari. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 -
Today we leave Pench National Park for Satpura National Park – a 200 km journey taking around four hours by road through rural central India. On arrival, we check in at our resort and have time to settle in before an afternoon outing. We explore the Panch Pandav Caves – associated with local mythology – then continue to Dhoopgarh, the highest peak in the Satpura Range, to watch the sunset. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 -
We set out at first light for a morning safari in Satpura National Park with an expert naturalist, keeping watch for wildlife as the forest comes to life. After the drive, we return to the hotel for a leisurely breakfast and time to relax.The afternoon is at leisure – you can take a gentle nature walk in the area or simply unwind at the hotel and enjoy the surroundings. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 -
We begin with a final morning safari in Satpura, making the most of one last game drive before departure. After breakfast, we travel from Pachmarhi to Kanha National Park – a journey of around 330 km taking approximately 6 hours. On arrival, we head to our resort for the night, ready for the next chapter of wildlife adventures. Overnight at resort.
Day 6 -
We set out at first light for an early morning safari in Kanha National Park – a prime time to search for headline wildlife such as tiger and leopard. After the drive, we return to the resort for breakfast and a relaxed late morning. The afternoon is at leisure – you can enjoy the resort’s amenities or simply unwind in the tranquil surroundings. Overnight at the resort.
Day 7 - Nagpur
After a final early morning safari in Kanha, we return to the lodge for breakfast before driving 250 kilometres – around five hours – back to Nagpur. On arrival in Nagpur, the day comes to a close.
