Trips Starting from Lima

Everything was amazing! The destinations and accommodation chosen, the activities, the pace and timings. But most of all the guides were incredible. Their local knowledge and information they were able to provide made it perfect. I would recommend just a day in between for leisure/relaxing as it was every day busy. The food in the Amazon RainForest could have been better and it would have been nice to have a choice.

I’m in love with South America! Thank you to On the Go for organising a superb trip for my family and I. Everyone mentioned that it was one of the best holidays they have had. Everything was organised to perfection, it was easy and stress free, special mention to Reuben tour guide Peru. Everything was great.

The tour was superb with Rosa's excellent guidance. My husband surprised me at each hotel, especially at Full House in Machu Picchu. Cusco stole our hearts - vibrant and lively. Include Limbus Resto for incredible views! The food tour was a highlight. Flawless arrangements. Everything was very good. Suggestions: add more fun elements to the itinerary, and move the food tour earlier in the day. Being tired from the earlier city tour meant we couldn't enjoy the food experience as much as we would have at an earlier time.

i requested an upgrade of hotel few weeks before we left and were told we cannot change. our hotel on galapagos was no way a 3 star. rooms had a smell and we had to use a air freshener . on oct 10th our flt was at 1:25 pm and stephanie from our group her flt was 1:30pm. so on oct 11 the bus came to pick up stephanie and not us. we told the driver we were flying out and he said their records showed we were leaving the next day even though we showed our airline booking and boarding pass. the tours were good but the transportation was disorganized

For me, Macchu Picchu was the highlight and was the reason I booked the tour. Thinking about how the Incas could have constructed this marvel boggles one's mind. Rainbow Mountain was a challenging optional tour because of the altitude, but the sights made it worth it. It was disappointing to see so much of the countryside we drove past littered with garbage and abandoned construction materials. Not that On the Go could do anything about it, it's just that a country that depends so much on tourism, Peru isn't more forceful in maintaining a better standard.

We absolutely loved our holiday. It did start a little rocky as when we arrived at Quito the Wyndham Airport hotel had a free pickup waiting for us. Noting the On The Go transfer was an extra $70AU evidently for arriving a day early, and Noting the hotel was only 1.2kms away it wasnt a good start This tour was different to other On The Go experiences in that it was separate small tours combined however it worked well. The only improve next a day the extra day at start have been more enjoyable to have stayed in Quito town. We would not been miffed to have pay trf then

I liked the well-planned logistics, experienced and professional guides (Carlos from Lima, Carlos from Cusco, Juan Carlos for Rainbow Mountain), and the itinerary (which covered everything that we wanted / needed / expected to see in Peru), I hope we could get the guides' contact info / Company beforehand - we expected them to be from "On the Go Tours" but it turns out that they were from Companies of different names. Also, we couldn't let the guide know that immigration took longer than expected and were almost treated as "no-show".

Tour & local guides, itinerary and accommodation excellent.Airport transfers worked well. However printed itinerary provided at airport and hotel contained incorrect dates. As a result missed city Lima city tour and nearly missed flight to Cusco. First days in Lima missed having tour guide.
