Today is at leisure allowing for plenty of time to visit the main attractions in Oslo. Pay a visit to the Royal Palace, city hall and Vigeland Sculpture Park where you can marvel at the worlds largest collection of granite, bronze and wrought iron sculptures. We recommend you purchase a 24-hour Oslo pass which grants access to most of the city’s museums and free travel to Bygdog Peninsula.

Oslo – Flam. This morning we meet our tour guide and embark on a scenic train journey to the scenic village of Flam. Nestled in the world’s deepest and second-longest fjord, surrounded by narrow valleys and soaring mountainsides the Oslo to Flam railway journey offers some of the most spectacular natural sites in the world. On the way we stop off at Myrdal, a small village only accessible by train before continuing our journey to Flam for a group meal together.

Today we set our sights to the west of Flam, on the Naeroyfjord ‘narrow fjord’, one of the many arms of the Sognefjord. It's arguably one of the most beautiful natural attractions in Norway and its ours to discover as we embark on a cruise taking in the traditional farms nestled on the 1,700 meters of towering mountains, hanging valleys and waterfalls. After the cruise and some free time, we return to Flam for a meal together. The rest of the evening is at your leisure.

Flam – Bergen. We tick another train ride off our lists today as we depart Flam and take the scenic railway to Bergen surrounded by seven hills and fjords and known as the gateway to the fjords. Upon arrival we take a short walk through Bergen until we reach our hotel, the rest of the evening is at leisure to explore this remarkable city.

Bryggen – a symbol of Norway’s culture heritage and UNESCO World Heritage site is ours to discover today as we depart on a sightseeing tour through the colourful fish market and down the narrow lanes of ancient Bryggen. The rest of the day is yours to continue to explore, or why not add the optional Bergen cable car excursion to Mount Floien followed by Fish tasting Menu in Bergen fish market. Ask your tour leader for more details on this optional activity.
