Itinerary

Day 1

Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon

Las Vegas - Hoover Dam - Grand Canyon National Park. Our tour begins with pick up from the Palms Casino coach loading curb in Las Vegas (address in Trip Notes) at 8am (unless otherwise specified in your tour documentation). Our first stop is the Hoover Dam, where we can marvel at its sheer size and snap some photos before heading to the birthplace of Historic Route 66.

We’ll make a brief stop in Williams, home to the famous Grand Canyon Railway, and then continue towards the Grand Canyon. You can choose to take an optional helicopter ride for a bird’s-eye view of the stunning Canyon at an additional fee. During our visit, we can stroll along the rim, hike into the canyon itself, or simply unwind at a rim café while admiring the breathtaking views.

We’ll then find our secret ledge for a once-in-a-lifetime sunset over the Grand Canyon, away from the crowds. In the evening, enjoy dinner in the charming town of Tusayan at a local restaurant or cozy bar, or relax around our campfire. On this tour, all camping equipment is provided (including sleeping bag) at a full service campground with electricity, Wi-Fi, hot showers and flush toilets.

Please note: This tour has a flexible itinerary, and the below is a general guide of what you can expect on tour. Your tour guide may alter certain night stops to maximize your enjoyment; maybe you opt to visit a local event or stay longer in a certain place. The beauty of a small group tour is that the itinerary can also be adapted to suit the group’s preference! We encourage you to relax and go with the flow!
