We did get to see a lot of the country which means spending a lot of time on a bus. That said it was very well planned and two of my favorite activities were the wine tasting lunches. Favorite accommodation was in Opatija. Billie was outstanding. So was Milan. I thought the accommodations in Zadar were subpar, and I did not enjoy the luncheon of traditional Croatian food. It was a meat and gnocchi dish that I don’t think many people enjoyed. Given the price of water, I do think it would’ve been a nice gesture to provide a small bottle for us each day.
