The time with the group and tour guides was also a highlight as we had good guides and a good group of people which helped make the trip enjoyable. Long days of travel on roads that were less smooth than generally experienced in New Zealand was not as enjoyable as other parts of the tour.

I did and it was the second highlight of my trip. I would also skip Malawi and fly from Dar es Salaam to Lusaka.
