Day 1 - Arrival in Baku & Journey to Gabala
Once you have arrived at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, you will be met and begin your journey to Gabala, located in the north-west of Azerbaijan and known for its natural landscapes and mountain surroundings.
You travel directly from the airport to Gabala, allowing you to take in changing scenery along the way, from the outskirts of Baku to more rural and green areas.
Upon arrival in Gabala, you check in to your hotel and have the rest of the evening at leisure.
Day 2 - Gabala Natural Highlights

After breakfast, you will explore some of Gabala’s most well-known natural attractions, set against the backdrop of the Greater Caucasus Mountains.
You begin with a visit to Nohur Lake, a calm freshwater lake surrounded by forested hills, offering a peaceful setting and scenic views. You then continue to the Seven Beauties Waterfall, where you can climb a series of wooden steps to reach different levels of the falls, with each tier revealing a different perspective of the cascading water.
Your final stop is Tufandag Mountain Resort, where you take a cable car ride to enjoy wide views across the surrounding mountains and valleys. After your visit, you return to the hotel, where you will enjoy dinner.
Day 3 - Gabala to Guba

Gabala - Guba. This morning, you will depart from Gabala and travel north towards Guba, passing through several regions known for their changing landscapes and rural scenery.
Although the journey is longer, you will have short stops along the way to break up the drive and take in the surroundings. One of these includes Besh Barmag Mountain, a notable natural landmark where you will have time for photos and a short break, with opportunities to pause at scenic points and enjoy refreshments during the journey.
Upon arrival in Guba, you check in to your hotel and have the remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 4 - Guba Nature & Surroundings

You will explore the city of Guba and its surrounding natural landscapes, with a focus on forested areas and mountain scenery.
You begin with a visit to Qechresh Forest, known for its fresh air and dense greenery, followed by a stop at Asma Korpu, a suspension bridge set within the same scenic area. You then continue to Mesdergah Waterfall, surrounded by mountains and forest, offering a peaceful setting and striking views.
After your visit, you head to Chenlibel Lake before returning to the hotel.
Please note: The day’s activities last approximately 5 to 6 hours, after which you have time to rest.
Day 5 - Return to Baku & Old City Exploration

Guba - Baku. Today, you will depart from Guba heading back to Baku. Upon arrival, you check in to your hotel before heading out to discover the city’s historic centre.
You visit the Old City, the historic core of Baku and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, surrounded by 12th-century walls. As you walk through its narrow streets, you see key landmarks including the Maiden Tower, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, the House of Baku Khans and the Multani Caravanserai, along with other well-preserved buildings that reflect the city’s medieval past.
Later, you continue to Highland Park for panoramic views across Baku and the Caspian Sea. From here, you can see the Flame Towers, Martyrs' Lane and the Eternal Flame Monument, as well as Baku Crystal Hall, Flag Square and the Baku Ferris Wheel along the waterfront, before returning to the hotel.
Day 6 - Fire Temples & Ancient Landscapes

Baku - Gobustan - Absheron Peninsula - Baku. This morning, you explore some of Azerbaijan’s most distinctive historical and natural sites, linked to its long association with fire and early human settlement.
You begin with a visit to Gobustan, where you explore the museum and the ancient petroglyphs, rock carvings that date back thousands of years and depict scenes of daily life and rituals. You then continue to the mud volcanoes, a unique natural phenomenon, before stopping at Bibiheybat Mosque and a nearby oil well on your return towards the city.
Your journey continues on the Absheron Peninsula with a visit to Ateshgah Fire Temple, once a place of worship for Zoroastrians, Hindus and Sikhs. You then visit Yanar Dag, known as the Burning Mountain, where natural gas flames burn continuously along the hillside. After your visit, you return to the hotel.
Day 7 - Departure from Baku

After your final breakfast, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping, further exploring, or simply relaxing before your transfer to the airport for your onward flight. Safe travels!
