Valemount - Jasper - Golden. This morning, we will depart from Valemount and stop at Café Mt. Robson for breakfast. Here, you’ll be able to enjoy views of the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, Mount Robson, while you eat (Weather permitting).
After breakfast, we’ll continue our scenic drive through the heart of the Canadian Rockies, crossing from British Columbia into Alberta. Our next stop will be the charming town of Jasper, where you’ll have free time to explore at your own pace—whether that’s browsing local shops, grabbing a coffee, or simply relaxing and taking in the mountain atmosphere.
From Jasper, we'll journey along the breathtaking Icefields Parkway—renowned as one of the top five scenic drives in the world. Along the way, we’ll stop at the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre, where you’ll have time to grab lunch and, if you choose, take part in the optional Ice Explorer Glacier Adventure (at an additional fee).
Depending on our timing, we’ll stop at either Peyto Lake, known for its vivid turquoise color and wolf-head shape, or Bow Lake, set against a backdrop of glaciers and mountain peaks—both offering stunning photo opportunities.
We will then arrive at our accommodation in Golden, where you’ll have free time to enjoy dinner. Alternatively, you can head out to the Rockwater Grill and Bar or Whitetooth Brewing Co. for a drink.
Golden - Yoho National Park - Baniff - Golden. Depending on the season, we may have a stop at Moraine Lake before continuing to Banff.
Once we arrive in Banff, we’ll take a walking tour of Banff Avenue, known for its shops and mountain views, visit the scenic Bow Falls, and see the historic Banff Springs Hotel, often called the “Castle in the Rockies.” Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore the town and enjoy a meal, or you can join an optional excursion to Sulphur Mountain on the Banff Gondola for stunning views from the summit.
We will then return to Golden, where you will have free time. You can enjoy the amenities at the accommodation, enjoy playing some outdoor games with your fellow travellers or relax.

We will then start our journey back to Vancouver, stopping at Craigellachie, the historic site where the Last Spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven in 1885, marking the completion of Canada’s first transcontinental railway. Along the way, we’ll pass through scenic mountain landscapes and charming small towns, offering a final glimpse of the natural beauty of British Columbia.
Afterward, we will stop in Kamloops, where you'll have time to enjoy lunch before continuing to the town of Hope. We are expected to arrive in Vancouver at approximately 8 PM, where our tour will conclude. Safe Travels!
