Day 1 - Ahmedabad - Vadodara - Kevadia
We pick you up from your hotel or the airport in Ahmedabad and set off on a scenic drive to Kevadia via Vadodara – about 200 km and around four hours by road. In Vadodara, we visit Laxmi Vilas Palace, explore the Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum’s collection, and take a leisurely walk through Sayaji Gardens.We then continue to Kevadia and check in, after which you can unwind. In the evening, we attend the Light and Sound show at the Statue of Unity, celebrating the life and legacy of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. After the show, you return to your hotel for a restful night. Overnight in Kevadia – tent or hotel.
Day 2 - Vadodara - Ahmedabad - Kevadia
After breakfast at your Kevadia hotel, we spend the morning at the Statue of Unity – the world’s tallest statue honouring Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. We ascend to the observation deck for sweeping views of the surrounding landscape, then explore the museum within the complex, where exhibits and archival footage trace Patel’s life and leadership.We continue to the Valley of Flowers for a relaxed walk among its landscaped displays, followed by a visit to the Sardar Sarovar Dam on the Narmada River to appreciate the scale of this landmark project.We then drive back to Ahmedabad via Vadodara – about 200 km and around four hours by road – bringing the tour to a close.
