Day 1 - Delhi
On arrival in Delhi, we meet you at Indira Gandhi International Airport – our representative will be waiting with a personalised sign – and assist with your luggage before transferring you by comfortable, air–conditioned vehicle to your centrally located hotel. The drive offers a first glimpse of Delhi’s lively streets and varied architecture. On arrival, we arrange a smooth check–in – standard hotel check–in time is 2:00 pm – and you can settle into your room and unwind after the flight. If you wish, you can explore the nearby area, try some local cuisine, or simply rest and recharge. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 - Exploring Delhi
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Old Delhi to visit Jama Masjid and explore the Red Fort. We wander through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk – a sensory slice of the city’s old trading heart. Moving on to New Delhi, we pause at India Gate and take in views of Rashtrapati Bhavan. We continue to Humayun’s Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage site, then visit the Qutub Minar complex to admire the soaring minaret and its intricate carvings. We return to your hotel in the evening to relax. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 - Delhi to Mandawa
Delhi to Mandawa – 250 kilometres – around five hours. After breakfast, we drive to Mandawa, taking in views of the countryside along the way. On arrival, we check in and freshen up before heading out to explore on foot. We wander the narrow lanes to see the town’s renowned havelis and their intricate frescoes, visiting Mandawa Haveli, Goenka Double Haveli, Jhunjhunwala Haveli and Murmuria Haveli to appreciate their craftsmanship and architectural detail. In the evening, we return to the hotel to unwind. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 - Mandawa to Jaipur
Mandawa – Jaipur (170 km – around 3 hours). After breakfast, we drive to Jaipur, the Pink City, enjoying views of rural Rajasthan along the way. On arrival, we check in to your hotel and allow time to relax and freshen up. In the afternoon, we visit a museum whose design and name were inspired by the Victoria and Albert Museum in London – its galleries display metal objects, wood crafts, carpets, stone and metal sculpture, arms and weapons, natural stones and ivory, as well as miniatures from the Bundi, Kota, Kishangarh, Udaipur and Jaipur schools of art. Afterwards, you can explore Jaipur’s vibrant markets at your own pace, browsing handicrafts, intricate textiles and dazzling jewellery. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 - Exploring Amber Fort & Jaipur
After breakfast, we set out for a full day in Jaipur. We begin at Amber Fort, exploring its grand halls with intricate mirror work and enjoying views over Maota Lake. Back in the city, we tour the City Palace and its museum of royal artefacts, weapons and textiles. We continue to Jantar Mantar – the 18th‑century observatory built by Sawai Jai Singh II – home to 19 monumental instruments. We pause to admire the iconic facade of Hawa Mahal – the Palace of Winds – with its honeycomb design and latticed windows. Later, we take a calm stroll through Sisodia Rani Garden, with its fountains, lawns and pavilions, before visiting Birla Temple, a serene white‑marble shrine to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi. You return to the hotel in the evening to relax and reflect on the day’s discoveries. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6 - Jaipur to Ranthambore National Park
After breakfast, we drive from Jaipur to Ranthambore – about 155 km, roughly 3 hours – passing rural villages and open countryside. On arrival, we check in at the resort and give you time to freshen up. In the afternoon, we visit Ranthambore Fort, a hilltop stronghold with wide views over the landscape, exploring its ruins, temples and old reservoirs. We return to the resort by evening. You can unwind and enjoy the peaceful setting as you prepare for the wildlife adventures ahead. Overnight at resort.
Day 7 - Ranthambore Tiger Safari
Rise early – we head into Ranthambore National Park for a morning game drive with experienced naturalists and guides, searching for Bengal tigers, leopards, sloth bears and other wildlife across the park’s varied landscapes. We return to the resort for breakfast and a short rest. The afternoon is at leisure – you can relax at the resort before lunch. Later, we set out again for an afternoon safari to continue our wildlife viewing, with time for photography. We return to the resort for dinner and a relaxed evening. Overnight at resort.
Day 8 - Shivpuri & Orchha
Ranthambore – Orchha – 300 kms – approx. 6 hrs. After breakfast, we drive to Orchha with a stop in Shivpuri, travelling through countryside of forests, lakes and village life. In Shivpuri, we visit Madhav Palace – a colonial-era residence set amid landscaped gardens and reflecting pools – and we explore its historic interiors, including art collections and ornate furnishings. We continue to Orchha and check in on arrival – you can relax after the journey. In the evening, we take a boat ride on the River Betwa for views of Orchha’s historic landmarks and the surrounding countryside. Overnight in Orchha.
Day 9 - Gwalior Fort
Orchha – Gwalior (125 km – around 3 hours) After breakfast, we explore the Orchha Fort complex – admiring Raj Mahal’s frescoes, taking in the views from Jehangir Mahal, and pausing at the serene Rai Parveen Mahal – before visiting Chaturbhuj Temple. We then drive to Gwalior, a journey of about 125 km that takes roughly three hours. On arrival, we check in at the hotel and spend the afternoon at Gwalior Fort and the intricately carved Sas Bahu Temples. You can round off the day with a relaxed stroll through the lively streets and markets before returning to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 - Gwalior to Agra & Taj Mahal
After breakfast, we drive from Gwalior to Agra – about 120 km – a journey of roughly three hours. On arrival we check in at your hotel, and you have time to relax and freshen up before we begin exploring. In the afternoon we visit the Taj Mahal – one of the Seven Wonders of the World – then continue to the UNESCO–listed Agra Fort, once the principal residence of the Mughal emperors and offering views of the Taj. We also visit the Tomb of Itmad–ud–Daulah, also known as the Baby Taj, noted for its intricate marble inlay work and serene ambience. We return to the hotel in the evening to unwind. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11 - Agra to Delhi
Agra to Delhi – 210 km – around 4 hours. After breakfast, we drive back to Delhi. On arrival, we take you to your hotel where you can rest and refresh. In the evening, you can enjoy a farewell dinner at a restaurant of your choice. Afterwards, we transfer you to the airport for your departure flight, bringing your journey to a close.
