Day 1 - London
Upon your arrival in London, we will arrange your transfer to the hotel, where you can enjoy some leisure time to relax or begin exploring. Later in the afternoon, you will find essential information about the start of your tour displayed in the hotel reception area. This will help you stay informed and prepared for the exciting journey ahead. Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2 - London
On the second day of your adventure in London, we will embark on a city tour to explore some of the capital's most iconic landmarks. The morning will be spent visiting spots such as Westminster, the historic Parliament buildings, the financial district known as the City, and enjoying views along the River Thames. In the afternoon, you have some leisure time with the option to join an excursion to the enchanting Thames Valley, where you can visit Windsor with its magnificent castle. As evening approaches, we'll gather at Piccadilly to start a lively stroll through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, famed for their bustling ambiance, theatres, and vibrant nightlife. Please note, in certain instances, this evening outing might be arranged for your arrival day in London. We'll conclude the day with a return journey to the hotel by bus.
Day 3 - London
Today, you have a free day to explore London at your leisure. Take this opportunity to immerse yourself in the city's vibrant atmosphere and discover its memorable landmarks at your own pace. Whether you choose to visit world-renowned museums, stroll through bustling markets, or relax in lush parks, this day is yours to enjoy and uncover the unique charm of London.
Day 4 - London - Calais - Amiens - Paris
We leave London behind as we journey towards the continent, taking a ferry to reach France. After a brief stop in Calais, we continue our adventure to Amiens, famed for its stunning Gothic cathedral. While in Amiens, you have the opportunity to explore its lively narrow streets, discover the floating gardens, or visit the historic residence of Jules Verne. Our day concludes with a drive to Paris, where we will arrive by the end of the day.
Day 5 - Paris
Today, we delve into France's illustrious past with a visit to the stunning Palace of Versailles, famed for its breathtaking gardens and opulent architecture (please note that admission is not included). Once back in Paris, we explore Montmartre, a delightfully bohemian district revered for its artistic history and lively cabarets. Our exploration of Paris continues with a panoramic city tour led by a knowledgeable local guide. You'll experience the grandeur of the city's expansive avenues and renowned landmarks. After the tour, we return to the hotel. For those interested, there is an optional evening variety show to enjoy.
Day 6 - Paris
Today, our exploration of Paris begins with a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower, where we will ascend to the second floor of this famed iron structure – tickets are included. Next, enjoy a leisurely cruise along the Seine, lasting around an hour and fifteen minutes, offering a unique perspective of the city's landmarks from the water. The afternoon is yours to explore Paris at your own pace, uncovering its charm and allure as you wish (please note that the return transfer to the hotel is not included). Be aware that in case of long wait times at the Eiffel Tower, we may rearrange this visit for your convenience, possibly rescheduling it to Sunday.
Day 7 - Paris
After enjoying breakfast, our adventure concludes. We hope you depart with cherished memories of this journey.
