Day 1 - The Northern Lights 4X4 safari
This four-hour Icelandic evening tour takes you on a journey to find the famous Northern Lights. After being collected in a 4x4 Super Jeep with an expert guide in Reykjavik, you travel out of the city and into the vast Icelandic countryside. Through the darkness your guide will point out some of Iceland’s most beautiful natural wonders that you pass on your tour. Travelling off the beaten path this tour gives the best opportunity to experience the beauty of Iceland and enjoy the Northern Lights away from any large crowds.
Reaching the viewing location you can enjoy snuggling up under a blanket with a warm cup of cocoa and Kleinur, Icelandic doughnuts, whilst marvelling at the natural phenomenon of the Northern Lights. Then it's back across Iceland's rugged scenery to Reykjavik, where our tour ends.
