He had extensive knowledge and was very pleasant and easy to interact with. Our Delhi morning tour wasn't as dynamic as the other places. It was cold when we visited Jaipur and our room had an air conditioning unit that didnt work. Staff gave us a small fan heater which was quite inadequate. The towels and sheets were wet, staff gave new dry towels when we asked
