Once you have arrived at Ngurah Rai International Airport, a representative will meet you after you have collected your luggage and passed through customs, and transfer you to your accommodation in Ubud.

The drive takes around three hours, giving you a first glimpse of Bali's countryside as you settle in ahead of the days ahead.

This morning, you visit the Ubud Monkey Forest before continuing to the emerald tiers of the Tegalalang rice terraces.

From here, a stop at a local coffee plantation reveals how Bali's Luwak coffee is produced, before the adventure continues with a swing through the forest canopy on a jungle swing.

You cool off with a swim beneath Tegenungan Waterfall before returning to your accommodation in Ubud.

This morning, the journey continues through rice fields and terraced paddies as you make your way to Tirta Empul, one of Bali's most sacred water temples.

Here, you take part in a traditional purification ceremony, bathing in the temple's holy spring water under the guidance of a local guide.

Afterwards, you have the option of a palm reading with a well-known Ubud-based fortune teller at an additional cost, before free time to explore Ubud Palace and Ubud Market ahead of returning to your accommodation.

This morning, you check out of your accommodation and transfer from Ubud to Seminyak, a journey of around two hours by private vehicle.

The remainder of the day is free to settle into your new surroundings - you might explore Seminyak's beaches or browse its boutiques and restaurants.

This afternoon, you are collected from your accommodation for a visit to Uluwatu Temple, perched dramatically on a clifftop above the Indian Ocean and home to a troupe of resident long-tailed macaques.

You watch the sun set over the water before a performance of the traditional Kecak and Fire Dance, which tells the story of the Ramayana through rhythmic chanting.

The evening continues with a Balinese seafood dinner at one of the beachside cafes in Jimbaran, before returning to your accommodation in Seminyak.

In the early hours of the morning, you are collected from your accommodation and driven to the Kintamani region to begin your trek up Mount Batur, an active volcano.

The climb takes around two hours, ending at the summit in time to watch the sky turn gold and orange over Lake Batur, the green caldera and the silhouette of Mount Agung, with a simple breakfast of eggs cooked using natural volcanic steam.

On the way back down, you pass three younger craters, taking in the dramatic volcanic scenery, with the option to stop at a coffee plantation to sample local Luwak coffee before returning to Seminyak.

This afternoon, you are collected from your accommodation and driven to Taman Ayun Royal Temple, one of Bali's most significant royal temples.

The journey continues to Tanah Lot, a temple perched on a rocky outcrop just offshore, known for its mystical atmosphere and memorable sunset views, before returning to your accommodation in Seminyak.

On your final day, a representative will collect you from your accommodation in Seminyak and transfer you to Ngurah Rai International Airport for your onward flight.
