As you arrive in Dublin, relax and settle into the start of your adventure. We’ll ensure a smooth transfer to your hotel, where you can unwind and enjoy some free time to begin exploring this lively city. Later in the day, make sure to check the hotel reception boards for essential information about the commencement of your tour. This will help you feel prepared and ready for the journey ahead. Day 2 - Dublin
We'll begin our day in Dublin with a panoramic tour of this tranquil capital. Our journey will take us along the banks of the River Liffey, where we'll visit the city's elegant parks and admire the historic Trinity College from the outside. As we explore the lively streets of downtown Dublin, you'll get a true sense of the city's vibrant culture. The afternoon is yours to leisurely delve into the city's charms—perhaps visit a museum, try some local cuisine, or enjoy a walk through its bustling centres. Please note that occasionally, depending on our arrival time in Dublin and daylight hours, this tour may take place on the previous afternoon.
Day 3 - Dublin - Caernarfon - Liverpool
On the third day of our journey, we embark on an early morning ferry ride, venturing across the sea in a three to three-and-a-half-hour crossing to the captivating landscapes of Wales. Upon arrival, our first stop is the historic town of Caernarfon, distinguished by its majestic castle and recognition as a World Heritage Site. Here, you'll have ample time to savour lunch and perhaps enjoy a leisurely walk around this charming coastal area. Our adventure then leads us to Liverpool, a vibrant city renowned for its cultural heritage and significant maritime history, being home to the United Kingdom's second-largest port. In Liverpool, we will take a brief bus tour to soak up the city's sights. For those interested, this would be an ideal opportunity to visit The Beatles Museum, delving into the rich musical history of this iconic band.
Day 4 - Liverpool - Stratford - Oxford - London
We'll begin our journey through central England by visiting the charming town of Stratford-upon-Avon, famously known as the birthplace of Shakespeare. Here, you have free time to explore the town's rich heritage and enjoy lunch at your leisure. After soaking in the charm of Stratford, we'll proceed to Oxford, a city steeped in history and learning, renowned for nurturing some of the world's greatest minds, including kings, politicians, philosophers, and scientists. As the day draws to a close, we'll make our way to the vibrant city of London, arriving in the evening.
Day 5 - London
This morning, we will embark on an exciting city tour of London, covering iconic landmarks such as Westminster, the Houses of Parliament, and the bustling City along the Thames. In the afternoon, feel free to explore London at your own pace. Alternatively, we offer an optional excursion to the picturesque Thames Valley, including a visit to the town of Windsor, home to the magnificent Windsor Castle. In the evening, we will gather at Piccadilly for a delightful stroll through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and the lively district of Soho, renowned for its vibrant theatre scene and entertainment options. Please note that this evening programme might be arranged for the day of our arrival in London, depending on scheduling. After our evening adventure, we will return to the hotel by bus.
Day 6 - London
On the sixth day, you're free to immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of London. This is a perfect opportunity to explore the city's iconic landmarks and hidden gems at your own pace. Whether you're drawn to the historical splendour of the British Museum, the striking skyline views from the London Eye, or the diverse neighbourhoods that make up this bustling metropolis, the day is yours to craft unforgettable experiences.
Day 7 - London
Following breakfast, our tour concludes, bringing a close to your unforgettable journey with plenty of cherished memories to take home.
