Day 1 - Zagreb
Upon arrival at Zagreb Airport, you will be met by our representative who will assist with your transfer to the hotel. After checking in, you have the remainder of the day at your leisure to relax and explore the city at your own pace. Overnight accommodation is in Zagreb.
Day 2 - Zagreb - Ljubljana
After breakfast, we begin with a guided morning tour of Zagreb, the Croatian capital. We explore the fortified Upper Town, the city’s historic heart, including St Mark’s Church with its distinctive multi-coloured roof, the Cathedral, Croatian National Theatre, and the University. In the afternoon, we travel to Ljubljana, Slovenia’s capital, for a guided tour of its charming old town. Highlights include the vibrant Central open-air market, the iconic Three Bridges, the Baroque Town Hall, and Robba’s Fountain. Dinner and overnight accommodation are arranged in the Ljubljana area.
Day 3 - Plitvički Ljeskovac
After breakfast, we depart for Bled, a charming town nestled in the Julian Alps and renowned as one of Slovenia’s most beautiful alpine resorts. Surrounded by mountains and forests, Bled is centred around an emerald glacial lake that creates a striking natural setting. We visit Bled Castle, the oldest fortress in Slovenia, perched above the lake with panoramic views. After exploring Bled, we continue our journey to the Plitvice Lakes area, where we will have dinner and stay overnight.
Day 4 - Split
Begin the day with a morning walk around Plitvice Lakes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its 16 crystal-clear lakes connected by 92 stunning waterfalls. After soaking in the natural beauty, we depart for Split. Upon arrival, you will board the Adriatic Paradise cruise, where the crew and Cruise Director will welcome you with drinks and snacks while explaining safety procedures. In the afternoon, you have the option to explore Split independently, including a visit to Diocletian’s Palace – a remarkable Roman-era complex and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dinner will be served on board, followed by an overnight stay in Split.
Day 5 - Split - Vis
We depart early, sailing towards Vis Island with a refreshing swim stop near the Pakleni Islands – a stunning archipelago close to Hvar known for its secluded coves and pristine beaches. Lunch is served on board as we continue to Vis, arriving early afternoon. Once a restricted military zone, Vis has opened up over the past 25 years, revealing remarkable scenery, acclaimed local wines, and authentic Dalmatian cuisine. You have free time to explore the island’s rich history and natural beauty at your own pace. We spend the night on board, soaking in Vis’s peaceful atmosphere.
Day 6 - Vis - Korcula
Today we set sail for the island of Korčula, pausing for a refreshing swim and lunch in a secluded cove nearby before arriving in the afternoon. Korčula Town is renowned for its rich history and cultural heritage, including the traditional Moreska sword dance. We offer an optional walking tour to explore the town’s timeless charm, beginning at the historic Land Gate. Wander through narrow streets lined with Renaissance buildings and artisan shops, visit the impressive Cathedral of St Mark, and stroll along the waterfront promenade with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea. Korčula is also reputed to be the birthplace of the explorer Marco Polo, adding to its fascinating character. Overnight on board.
Day 7 - Dubrovnik
We set sail for Dubrovnik, stopping for a refreshing swim in the clear waters near Jakljan Island before enjoying lunch on board. Arriving in Dubrovnik early afternoon, you have the option to join a guided tour of the Old Town (not included). Explore the city’s historic walls, stroll along Stradun, and visit landmarks such as the Rector’s Palace and the city gates. You may also wish to see Lovrijenac Fortress, which offers stunning views over the Adriatic Sea. We spend the night on board in Dubrovnik.
Day 8 - Dubrovnik - Babino Polje
We set sail for Mljet Island, arriving in Pomena by mid-morning. You will have free time to explore Mljet National Park, one of Croatia’s most treasured natural areas. The park is famed for its lush forests and two striking saltwater lakes, where you can swim or enjoy a gentle walk along the shore. There are also opportunities for cycling around the lakeside paths. In the evening, we invite you to a Captain’s dinner on board, featuring a selection of local dishes and specialities. Overnight on board.
Day 9 - Vrisnik
We set sail for Hvar Island, pausing for a refreshing swim near the scenic island of Šćedro. Lunch is served on board as we continue to Hvar, arriving in the afternoon. You may choose to join an optional sightseeing tour of Hvar town, one of Croatia’s oldest settlements. Known for its sunny climate, historic architecture, cobbled streets and lively atmosphere, Hvar offers a captivating blend of culture and charm. We spend the night on board.
Day 10 - Split
We depart for Split, stopping at a picturesque village on the Island of Brač for a refreshing swim. Lunch is served onboard as we continue towards Split, arriving in the afternoon. Split, once the residence of Roman Emperor Diocletian, is rich in history and lively energy. Within the walls of Diocletian’s Palace, the city thrives with charming shops, restaurants and ice cream parlours. If you missed the chance earlier, you can join an optional guided tour to explore the palace and learn about the city’s fascinating past. The town buzzes with life, where cafés spill onto sunlit squares, inviting you to relax and soak up the vibrant atmosphere. Overnight onboard.
Day 11 - Split
Enjoy a farewell breakfast on board as you take in the final moments of your cruise. Afterwards, we will transfer you to Split Airport or your hotel to continue with your onward travel plans.
