Welcome to Jordan and the start of your Arabian adventure! We will be at Amman airport to meet and transfer you to your hotel. Overnight – Amman.

Day 2: Amman or Mt Nebo
Amman – breakfast. Your rental car will be delivered at 10:00 hrs. Spend the day exploring Jordan’s capital city or perhaps visit Madaba and Mt Nebo, the choice is yours. Famed for its Byzantine 6th century Mosaics, perhaps the most impressive of these is an enormous 6th-century map of Palestine and Egypt that is located in St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church. A short drive from Madaba is Mt Nebo where it is said that Moses first viewed the Promised Land and you can too. Overnight – Amman.

Days 3 & 4: Petra
Amman – Petra – breakfast. Drive to the ancient Rose City of Petra . You can stop en route to visit the impressive crusader castle of Karak. The UNESCO World Heritage site of Petra is the jewel in Jordan’s archaeological crown and you have two days to discover all of its hidden gems. The entrance to the city is through a narrow and deep winding trail-like fissure in the rocks known as the Siq. The rocks give way to reveal the most awesome sight, that of the famous facade of the Kazneh - the Treasury of Petra . Explore the ancient Nabatean tombs and the Roman rockcarved streets lined with temples, royal tombs, staircases, arched gates, and public buildings. If you are feeling intrepid, ascend the numerous steep steps to Ad Deir, better known as the monastery, the views from the top are spectacular. (Guided sightseeing is highly recommended and can be arranged upon request). Overnight (2) – Petra.

Petra Treasury and Floating in the Dead Sea

Day 5: Wadi Rum
Petra – Wadi Rum – breakfast. Time for some exciting 4x4 action! Upon arrival at Wadi Rum, you’ll transfer to a jeep for a 4x4 safari across the stunning desertscape. The region is home to the semi - nomadic Bedouin, living in goat’s hair tents, tending their herds of sheep and goat and preserving an ancient lifestyle that has been practiced in the Arabian Desert for thousands of years. Spend the evening at a Bedouin camp, enjoy a traditional meal and sleep either in a tent or under a galaxy of stars! It’s a truly unforgettable experience. Dinner and overnight - Bedouin Camp.

Day 6: Dead Sea
Wadi Rum – Dead Sea – breakfast. Driving north you descend to the lowest point on Earth - the Dead Sea. Here you can experience the natural phenomenon of bobbing around like a cork in the mineral rich waters, no rubber rings necessary here! Overnight – Dead Sea.
