An oasis of cool, with its massive lake and Venetian-like appearance, Udaipur is one of the most romantic towns in Rajasthan, crammed full of palaces and temples.

Delhi - Udaipur. Transfer to Delhi airport for flight to Udaipur. Arrive Udaipur and transfer to your hotel. Later on, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. A fascinating walled city, Udaipur sits on the shores of Lake Pichola. It’s renowned for its palaces - the white marble Maharajah’s Palace, the Winter Palace (with its inlaid tile, mirrors and mosaics of peacocks), the Jag Mandir (an eighteenth-century yellow-sandstone palace) and Jag Niwas (an eighteenth-century granite and marble palace).Also see the Victoria Hall Museum (local historical displays and antiques), Sahelion-ki-Bari (a garden) and the Jagdish Temple. In the evening enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Overnight - Udaipur

Day 2: Udaipur

Enjoy a day at leisure. The beautiful Lake Palace Hotel is the former summer palace of the local maharajah, consider taking the launch over for a meal, it's highly recommended! Overnight - Udaipur (B)

Day 3: Back to Delhi

Udaipur - Delhi. Transfer to Udaipur airport for your onward fight to Delhi. (B)

Prices shown are ‘per person’, based on a travelling party of at least 2 adults. The single supplement price needs to be added to the twin/double price if single rooms are required. If travelling solo, an additional ‘1-person’ supplement will apply
