The serengeti and ngorongoro crater were amazing with so many animals to see I had trouble getting my kenya eta's. I contacted you and was told that you don't do visas. You should have put me in contact with Acacia to see if they could help. I needed a contact in Kenya. I had to pay twice to get it. Also, the days were very long and the roads in Malawi were horrendous.

Also, Pete and Francis were the Best! Stone Town, really nothing to see and would have preferred to go directly to the beach. Also, you need to add Cheetahs Rock in Zanzibar as a side tour. I did and it was the second highlight of my trip. I would also skip Malawi and fly from Dar es Salaam to Lusaka.

Our 2 guides worked very hard to make the tour go smoothly. Both were great cooks and tried hard to accommodate all dietary needs. I appreciated the in depth itinerary. It helped us know what to expect each day. The accommodations were ok overall. no electrical and no water at one place.
