All of our group tours in Jordan are escorted by a qualified Jordanian tour guide, subject to a minimum of 2 people in the group (excluding the journey across the border into Jerusalem). Your tour leader will make your holiday as seamless as possible, ensuring smooth hotel check-in, organising day-to-day activities and giving you tips on where to shop or eat at each port of call. Offering lots of departure dates, exciting highlights and comfortable hotels, travelling in a group, you’ll be with like-minded people.
On our Jordan group tours, all guest rooms offer en suite bathrooms, a television, fridge and more importantly, air conditioning. Most of our hotels offer a range of guest facilities such as a restaurant or somewhere to eat and sometimes additional facilities such as bars, shops and ATM machines. Some even offer nightclub facilities or swimming pool.
Our Treasures of the Lost City premium tour, offers a higher standard of accommodation. In Amman we stay at a boutique 4 star hotel with a wonderful rooftop terrace, providing fantastic views over the city and an abundance of amenities. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Petra Mountains, our 4 star hotel in Petra is ideally located within minutes of the town centre and the visitors entrance to the Siq and the archaeological gems of the Rose City. Relax with a drink on the patio or swim in the pool, whilst soaking up the wonderful views. Whilst at the Dead Sea our 5 star contemporary Arabesque-style resort has palm fringed swimming pools which lead down to the shores of the Dead Sea and a luxurious spa, ideal for indulging with some Dead Sea treatments!
Want your own private holiday in Jordan? Our tailor-made team specialises in planning holidays bespoke to your individual needs. Simply let us know what you would like to do, what you would like to see and your choice of accommodation - 3, 4, 5 star or 5 star superior categories.
On our Jordan group tours we spend a night in the Wadi Rum desert where you can choose to camp under the stars or in tents at our remote Bedouin camp. Our camp is set amongst towering weathered sandstone rocks and rolling red sand dunes. It has permanent tents with twin beds, a toilet block with a cold shower and a communal seating area to gather in at night and enjoy some traditional Bedouin food. Desert camping, although basic, is fun and it's the best way to experience Wadi Rum. Bedding is provided at our Bedouin camp in Wadi Rum, though please bring your own sleeping bag liner. If visiting in winter (Nov - Mar) bring your own winterweight sleeping bag as temperatures can be very cold.
Since we have passengers joining our tours from different parts of the world, we do not include the cost of the international flights anywhere in our brochure. All our tour prices exclude the cost of international flights. We can arrange flights for you if you require.
Across Jordan and beyond, we utilise a combination of air-conditioned vehicles including minivans, cars, coaches and 4x4 jeeps. If you are travelling from Egypt on our 'Road to Jordan', 'Temples Tombs & Treasury', 'Tutankhamen to the Treasury' or 'Pyramids Petra Promised Lands' tours or on the 'Petra and Wadi Rum' bolt-on, we also take a private ferry between Taba (Egypt) and Aqaba seaport (Jordan).
