Hello Ryan

I write to let you know what a marvelous time we had on the trip that you arranged for us. Paul and I wish to thank you and all of the people who met and assisted us along the journey. The whole thing worked like clockwork, every time we arrived somewhere, we immediately found our names held on display, it was truly remarkable.  It is not possible to pick out anyone person in particular for praise as everyone we met were friendly helpful and made our journey so very special. We must mention, however, Regina's assistance in Beijing, having only the one full day there, she arranged for a hire car, driver and guide, to take us to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden city and a section of the Great Wall, along with stops for lunch, dinner and visits to a Jade factory, a and cloisonne factory, what a wonderful experience! Beijing and the Great Wall all in a day!

It goes without saying that we will be recommending 'On the Go Travel' to our friends, many, many thanks to you and all the the wonderful people who helped us along the way.

Best Wishes

Hi Jane
Just to let you know have done the trip and it went without a hitch. All the guides turned up on time at the right place and were very helpful to me.... couldn't have asked for much more....  the accommodation was situated in the right area of town at all stops, and the service offered by them was good to excellent....  the meals that were included were all of a good standard....

Overall I would recommend this tour to others... keep up the good work...  Lastly but not least, thank you for organising and making the trip booking as smooth as possible, i'm glad i took your advice to do the classic it was definitely the right thing to do for me.

Thanks Jitinder

Janet,
I should have written to you 10 days ago to let you know how fantastic our Trans-Sib, Trans-Mong trip was.  We enjoyed every minute from Moscow to Beijing!  The arrangements were flawless, and our hosts were outstanding.  We had long, interesting, and endearing conversations with every one of them.  And Evdochia Lebeda in Irkutsk makes to-die-for bliny and chicken cutlet!  We learned a lot in every venue and along the way from our compartment mates (and Bryn Thomas's Trans-Siberian Handbook.  We found this really dull at home and absolutely fascinating once we were enroute).  Our guides and our hosts pulled out all the stops for us and gave us a once-in-a-lifetime experience!  Thanks to all of you who pulled this off!!

Dear On The Go,

Its taken me a long time to write and say thanks for all your help in organising a magical adventure for me and a friend earlier this year. I did receive one of your feedback forms, but not having a printer and getting back into the "Rat Race" is one of the many excuses I can offer!

In February this year, timed to fit in with my birthday I flew to Russia and began my trip of a lifetime! The guides that met us at each stop on the Trans Mongolian Express were fantastic, what unique, friendly and infomative people!

The timing of arrivals by our guides was fab, we were never left waiting or wondering where to go and they were all so friendly. Our guide in Mongolia was so kind she remembered my birthday and bought me a gift, a purse with a Mongolian girl on the front which I use everyday and whenever I'm down because my purse is empty, I cant help but smile and remember her kindness!

To wake up on my Birthday in a Mongolian Ger was amazing and to have a monk from the local monastry ask to stroke my boots was fantastically trippy! I wore "yeti type" purple fluffy boots and the Mongolians couldn't get enough of them! Everywhere I went they looked in amazement, on the train to China I was asked by a Mongolian Scholar what animal they were!

In one of your brochures it mentioned how once returned from a Trans tour I'd be able to tell "witty anecdotes around a coffee table", and how true this is, as you have read the tales are endless! I'm considering writing a book of them!

Thanks so much for all the hard work you and your staff did to help create my adventure, I have already spread the word on your excellent service and will consider to do so....and when that purse fills up again I know where to "On The Go!"

Thanks for reading,

Just wanted to let you know that we had such a great adventure on the Trans Siberian trip.  I'd like to thank you so much for all your help as it made the trip alot easier than it would've been if we'd had to find our own way.  It was pretty full-on but on the go provided such great support and value for money.

Thanks again.
