How far in advance should I book my tour?
If planning to travel during the European summer months of June through to August or if your plans coincide with Christmas, Easter, Bank Holiday weekends or school holidays we recommend booking as early as possible. Our departures during these times prove to be very popular.
I'm travelling alone, can I share a room with someone?
If you’re travelling alone and would like to share a room with a fellow traveller of the same sex, on the go can arrange this for you on any of our group tours. There is no compulsary single supplement. However if you would like a single room throughout the tour, a single supplement option is available.
Please note that on our short stays, bolt ons and for all pre and/or post tour accommodation you will need to pay the single room rate.
Can children travel on your Turkey tours?
Our group tours are suited to adults and we stipulate that participants must be ages 16 and over and be accompanied by a guardian/parent if under 18.
To cater for an increasing demand for tours in Turkey suitable for families, we can tailor-make a private tour, suitable for families with children. Please call us for more details. In addition our City of Sultans weekend package is family friendly and suitable for younger children.
Is an arrival transfer provided?
If arriving on DAY ONE of our group tours or short stays, into either Istanbul's Ataturk International Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, we will provide you with a complimentary arrival transfer to your hotel.
If arriving prior to 09.00hrs on day one (essentially on a flight that arrives in the early hours of the morning)a complimentary transfer will still be offered although it is prudent to consider pre-purchasing an additional nights accommodation to ensure you have a room to retire to as soon as you arrive. Standard check in time is 14.00hrs.
Are triple rooms available on Turkey tours?
