Ever wondered how to make authentic Middle Eastern hummus? During this interactive class, you’ll learn to prepare a selection of traditional dishes, including baba ghanoush, fattoush, sambousek b’jibn (cheese pastries), and of course, perfectly smooth hummus made from scratch.
