Our guide Rachel and driver Sam were amazing! The food was great, the accommodation was a great mix and all up to standard. Seeing gorillas in their own environment has to be the must see highlight of the whole trip. Going to the orphanage near Craters Campsite was a nice local exp. The transport! The vehicle we were meant to have broke down before the trip started and we got a mini van, not great for leg room or relaxing in on the long drives.
