They went the extra mile and helped to make the trip even better. ! The trip was an eclectic mix of many things - its hard to pinpoint a favourite - a night in the Atlas Mountains would be fantastic ! There are a lot of hours driving, but that is necessary to cover the ground. Some of the hotels were slightly lower standard and out of the way, which meant a long walk or taxi to get more central.

The Sahara Desert offered visitors a vast, dramatic landscape of rolling sand dunes, rocky plateaus, and endless horizons. The Sahara has a quiet beauty that makes it an unforgettable experience for us visitors. The accommodations were very good but it was puzzling why my husband and I would get a room that was basic with no walk in shower and then other tour members (singles) were getting rooms that were lavish - 2 bedrooms - large walk-in showers, sitting area.

Our tour guide, Joauad, was great, went out of his way to help us in anyway he could even going as far as checking our rooms to make sure they were up to his standard when we checked in to our accommodation. Our driver was also great, very helpful and safe driver.

The staff at each of them were very friendly and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the tour guide Hassan in Marrakech he was so informative and the guide in Fes was amazing. I think the guide that travelled with us should be called a Tour Manager rather than a guide. The optional local dinner in Fes was our least favourite on the Tour
