Hatshepsut was one of only 3 Egyptian ruling queens. The most famous tomb in the Valley of the Kings is that of the boy-King Tutankhamen. Tour Was Great!!!!”
Mahmoud has been the best tour guide I have ever had. He knows so much about the history. ”
Egypt has been the absolute highlight of my two and a half years travelling. This was due to the competence and skill of my guide, Mahmoud Ramadan. Mahmoud's knowledge and passion for both Egypt and his line of work shines through in everything he does. He is excellent at explaining everything and is always willing to answer any questions you may have. He was more than happy to talk to me about the wider aspects of living in Egypt, covering my topics of interest such politics and religion. Mahmoud allowed me to learn about and immerse myself in the whole Egyptian culture whilst on my trip. He went above and beyond his duties as a guide and I now have the pleasure of calling him a friend.
I have already recommended Mahmoud to many people and I will request him when I return to Egypt again. He is an asset to the On The Go team.
I would also please like to mention our Cairo representative Boules Merzek. Boules again went out his way to make our trip special and memorable. He also introduced us to the best Shawerma I have ever had!
Thank you for an amazing and unforgettable trip.”
Thank you for your email. I must tell you my trip to Egypt is the best holiday I have ever taken. I love your country and the people are the kindest and friendliest people you could ever meet. Your representatives at ON the Go are the most professional and helpful I have come across. To be met at the airport at 2 in the morning 2 days before our tour even began was beyond kind and helpful. Your tour guides we professional and so knowledgeable and the most wonderful people. My daughter had a birthday while we were on tour and "H" even organised a beautiful birthday cake for her and the waiters at the restaurant sang her happy birthday. I can not thank you enough for such a memorable experience and I am definitely returning to Egypt as soon as I possibly can. I told every one I came across in Spain and when I arrived home to visit Egypt it was an unforgettable experience.
Thank you every one associated with ON the Go. ”
Thank you for a very enjoyable experience. ”
Hi On the Go,
My friend and I have recently returned from the Egypt Unplugged tour and we really want to let you know what an amazing time we had!
We have been looking on your website but can't find a way of uploading a traveller review so thought we would email instead.
The whole tour was a brilliant experience and we really cannot imagine any future holiday would be able to beat it!
The sights we saw and the hotels we stayed in were amazing and worth every penny. The whole trip was great value for money.
We especially want to praise and thank our fantastic tour guide Mahmoud Ramadan.
He was so friendly and patient, making sure he answered all the tour group's questions and accommodating their demands. He is clearly an expert in Egyptology and a very informative guide. We have learnt so much from him, that we have come away with not only some brilliant memories but also a wealth of knowledge about Egyptian history and culture.
He is a model ambassador for your company, and we hope you pay him well.
Please let him know how much we appreciated the experience he gave us!
Thank you ”
Could not fault the trip, the information given was fantastic and our guide made us feel comfortable and was willing to help at any time. ”
The guides made this holiday for me. They were friendly, very funny and their street knowledge was invaluable. It shows that they enjoy their work and always went above and beyond their duties. ”
Could not ask for a better tour & tour guide! Had an excellent time & learnt a lot!! Cannot wait to do another tour soon! ”
Having local staff with us 24/7 is a great plus. They make the journey feel safe. They took care of our every need. Their knowledge of tours, local areas + customs is a great advantage. All in all a memorable holiday. Thank you. ”
Enhance your trip with these amazing added extras and add-ons
The tour was absolutely fantastic and is the best way to see Egypt. For the first half of the tour (Cairo to Luxor), Sherif informed the group of so many facts and stories about the sights we saw. He was patient and also took us to restaurants which he recommended. I also felt very safe at all times.
I enjoyed the train ride to Luxor, it was a great experience. Ramadan and Sherif both made the group aware of what souvenirs to buy, advising us of the fake things that people sell. ”
