Trip was very informative our tour guy Jack was very knowledgeable of the history of every where we went. It was a very cold day so he kept us on bus at some stops but he always asked what everyone wanted to do.

I have had the pleasure of taking this sightseeing tour twice in the last 5 years originally with my tour guide ‘J’ and most recently with Rachel (whom I discovered was in fact his wife!) and I simply cannot recommend it enough. The tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and above all so much fun. This tour is a wonderful way to squeeze so many amazing sights into a relatively short amount of time and is a must if you only have a small amount of time to spare in the city. My tour guides added so much value to this experience and Rachel even took the trouble to put together a fantastic hand out jammed full of recommendations in respect of how to get the most of your time in New York be it in terms of entertainment, sightseeing, dining or shopping! NB There is no better accessory than tour guide Rachel to make sure you get the absolute best photos opportunities on this tour. With so many tourists vying for the best place to take a prized photo, Rachel will provide you with some invaluable assistance in getting the absolute best shot.

To assist with finding the name of our guide....we booked this tour for 12/12/19 at 11:00 time frame. Also, our driver was a very safe driver...did a fantastic job.

When I Booked the tour I expected to see a lot of New York. I expected to learn a lot about the main attractions on the tour. I expected to be able to see a lot in one day! But I did not expect the guid to go so far above and beyond the agenda of the tour. Our guide was more than knowledgeable he was passionate about telling us everything he could in the time we were with him. The tour was a little over 6 hours and he gave us Years worth of good information, from all the attractions, to the best transportation methods, places to shop, places to eat, and even safety tips. This tour was a tour that I will remember for a lifetime.

My friend who had not been to NYC in 31 years and I wanted to be driven around the city to see all we could in one day. Our guide Tyler gave us all the background behind the sights we saw and was very entertaining herself. The bus tour started at 10 am and ended at 4:30. We felt like we saw it all!!! The boat ride on the East and Hudson Rivers was great too. It was a great introduction to the City!!

This tour was a great way to get some history and orientation to the layout of NYC. I wish we had done this tour on the first day but it got us into many spots that we didn't plan on or own. The tour guide, Dana, was informative and respectful to the passengers as well as other nearby visitors when we stopped. The group was small enough that everyone could hear her and get around these sites fairly easy. She also helped take our photos. Also, the driver Bobo was efficient and safe. He was always right on time. Would do this again in a heartbeat if I could have Dana and Bobo!

Rachael was our tour guide. Before we ever boarded the bus she went down the line and personally introduced herself and learned something about every passenger on her bus. And, she remembered it all, She showed a passion for sharing NYC information and made the tour fun and exciting. Miguel was an excellent driver and made sure we were in safe spots to hop off and board again. Another GREAT experience with GrayLine.

I recommend this tour 100%! It was the perfect way to kick off our trip to NYC. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and shared many fun facts about the city. It was a perfect duration and hit the highlights we wanted to see. Definitely worth the money especially when compared to competitors pricing.

Weather not great. But what do you expect for December, right? Our tour was wet but our guide, Mike, was great. He was very informative and made the best of difficult circumstances. Our driver did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend this tour to give you an idea of what you would like to visit more thoroughly.

I attended this tour with my 14 year old son, 15 year old nephew and my husband. We have taken many tours over the years and I have to say our tour guide Gil was one of the best we have ever experienced. He was a true New Yorker and he was a wealth of information about the city and its history and community. My husband went to school in NYC and even he was amazed at how much he learned. Gil took great photos for everyone who wanted them and he was a pleasure to spend the day with. I would highly recommend this tour and wish I could do another tour with Gil in the future. He was outstanding!
